Meeting his Friends

Hiro looked at Tadashi.

"is this gonna take long?" He asked impatiently.

"Relax, big baby. We'll be in and out. Anyway, you haven't seen my lab" Tadashi smiled.

"oh great! I get to see your nerd lab!" Hiro exclaimed sarcastically.

"Heads up!" Warned Gogo as she's testing out her new bike.

"Woah!" Hiro gasped as Gogo rode past him.

Gogo stopped her bike and hooked it up. Hiro slowly approached the bike as his eyes viewed the lab. Once Hiro took a closer look at Gogo's bike, he waved his hand through one of the wheels and was amazed by the work.

"woah, electro-mag suspension?" He said in awe.

"hey!" Gogo called out as Hiro quickly turned to face her.

"who are you?" Gogo asked.

" uh... I'm--" Hiro was cut off once Tadashi approached them.

"Gogo, this is my brother, Hiro" tadashi smiled.

Gogo took off her helmet, blew a bubble gum she's been chewing and popped it.

"welcome to the nerd lab" Gogo said sarcastically as she went to her bike to check on the wheels.

Hiro chuckled nervously.

"yeah.. I've never seen an electro-mag suspension on a bike before" Hiro mentioned in amaze.

"zero resistance, faster bike." Gogo explained.

"But.." Gogo stopped as she took a wheel.

"not fast enough." Gogo said flatly and threw the wheel into the recycling bin.

"Yet." Gogo added then left.

Seconds later, Hiro heard some noises coming from the other lab then approached it. Tadashi, following behind. Hiro saw a man fixing on his work and was about to step into it.

"Woah! Woah woah woah woah! Do not move! Behind the line please!" Said the man as he pointed out the line he'd made.

Hiro took a step back and watched.

"hey Wasabi, meet my brother, Hiro" Tadashi introduced.

Wasabi raised his goggles "hello, Hiro" Wasabi smirked then wore back his goggles.

"prepare to be amazed" he added as he picked up an apple and showed it to Hiro. Wasabi then threw the apple at Hiro, passing through his work.

"catch"

Once Wasabi threw the apple towards Hiro, the apple then quickly split into thin sheets and slowly fell like feathers.

Hiro took a falling slice and observed it.

"wow.." Hiro said in awe. Wasabi then turned the switch on the machine next to him, making his work show colored 'lights'.

"Laser induced plasma?" Hiro recalled.

"Oh yeah." Wasabi agreed.

"with a little magnetic confinement for uh... Ultra percision." Wasabi added as he showed hiro a well arranged set of tools.

"Wow" said Hiro sarcatically.

"How do you find anything in this mess?" He added as he took a magnifying glass and observed it.

Wasabi then took the magnifying glass from Hiro and placed it back where it should be.

"i have a system. There's a place for eveything, everything's in its place" explained Wasabi as he smiled at his way of arrangement.

Suddenly, Gogo showed up and quickly grabbed a wrench.

"need this!" Said Gogo and quickly left to work.

Wasabi widened his eyes.

"hey, you can't do that! This is anarchy! Society has rules!" Wasabi protested as he went to chase Gogo.

Honey Lemon, rolled a huge ball between Hiro and Tadashi.

"excuuuuusee me! Coming through!" Honey Lemon, listening to music, shouted as she rolled it onto a lift.

Right after she does so, she saw Tadashi approaching.

"Tadashi!" She squealed and then saw Hiro.

"oh my gosh! You must be Hiro!" She squealed once more.

"i've heard so much about you!" She shouted as if it wasn't too loud for him to hear.

She then took off the earbuds then kissed hiro on both cheeks. Hiro just sheepishly smiled.

"perfect timing! Perfect. Timing!" Said Honey Lemon as she stepped on a switch to activate the lift.

"That's a whole lot of tungsten carbide" Hiro notified.

Honey Lemon nodded and faced Hiro.

"four! Hundred! Pounds of it!" She said enthusiastically.

"C'mere, c'mere, c'mere!" Said Honey Lemon as she dragged Hiro to a large kit filled with various liquids and chemicals.

"You're gonna love this!" She said enthusiastically then proceeded defining the following mixtures.

Right after she's finished naming each mixture, she sprayed it all over the ball turning it all pink.

"tada!" She said full of excitement.

"It's pretty great, huh?" She smiled widely at Hiro.

"So.... Pink" said Hiro as if he really doesn't know what to say.

"Here's the best part~" Honey Lemon added as she lightly touches the ball, making it explode into a cloud of pink dust.

Hiro was amazed.

"wow" he said in awe once more.

"I know, right?!" Honey Lemon, covered in pink dust, squealed then slightly chuckled.

"chemical metal embrittlement!" She enthusiastically mentioned while dusting off some pink dust that covered her.

"Not bad, Honey Lemon" Tadashi complimented.

Hiro got confused by the names that Tadashi used to call them "Honey Lemon? Gogo? Wasabi?" Hiro recalled. Tadashi was about to explain but got cut off by Wasabi.

"i spilled wasabi on my shirt one time people! ONE! TIME!" He said annoyed.

Tadashi chuckled "Fred's the one who come up with the nicknames" Tadashi explained.

Hiro got slightly confused and asked.

"uh... Who's Fred?"

"This guy, right here!" Fred said as Hiro tried to look around and gasped in shock when he saw Fred in his giant lizard suit.

"Ah, ah. Don't be alarmed, it's just a suit." Fred explained as he opened the head of his costume to reveal his face.

"The name's Fred" Fred introduced as he shook hands with Hiro.

"School mascot by day, and by night..."

Fred stopped and performed several tricks.

"i am also a school mascot" he smiled.

"So.... What's your major?" Hiro asked.

"no, no, no. I am not a student. But i am a Major science enthusiast" Fred answered as he went to sit on a couch.

"I've been trying to get Honey to develop a formula that can turn me into a fire breathing lizard at will. But she said, it's not science" Fred said, quoting the phrase that Honey Lemon told him.

"i-it's really not.." Honey Lemon answered as she approached him.

"Oh yeah? Then what about the shrink ray I asked Wasabi for, isn't science either, is it?" Fred asked.

Wasabi crossed his arms.

"nope" he answered.

"Well then, what about.....Invisible sandwich? Imagine eating a sandwich, and everybody thinks you're crazy." Fred then proceeded telling stories about super powers and invisibility.
