I take a seat at the back of the classroom, luckily Snape is only doing a theory lesson today. I'm dreadful at potions and Draco isn't here due to some emergency quidditch training so I wouldn't have him to hide behind if it was a practical lesson.
"Turn to page 32, and write up notes from the potion. Once completed move onto the next page"
"Beautification potion? People actually uses that?" Ron Weasley speaks aloud
"Y/N probably used it on a daily basis" Harry replies causing the Gryffindors to laugh
Of course Snape has gone into his store closet so can't hear them all making jokes about me again.
They always do this when Draco isn't around, I don't get what I've done wrong. I know Harry and Draco are enemies but just because Draco is my boyfriend it doesn't make me the enemy too.
"Remember to take the potion tomorrow, don't want everyone to see your ugly self" Harry speaks as he pushes past me on his way down the corridor.
I stop and turn around, deciding to skip the next class and go back to Draco's dorm.
He has his own private dorm thanks to his father, so at least I can cry it out without being seen by anyone.
I need to cry it out before Draco returns, he's very protective and if anyone says a bad thing to me or about me he goes in for the kill. I rarely tell him the things that happens when I'm not with him because it isn't worth it. They're all just pathetic bullies.
Today however triggered me, my older sister bullies me always saying how our parents prefer her and she's prettier than me. I'm self conscious due to her.
"Y/N? What are you doing here?"
I look up from the bed seeing Draco looking at me confused, then his eyes goes darker as he rushes over and climbs into bed
"What's wrong love?"
"Harry" I manage to speak as I hug him tightly
"What did he do now?"
I inhale his aftershave calming myself down and tell him what happened during potions.
"You listen to me, you're beautiful and certainly don't need any potions or make up for that matter to make you beautiful. I love you so much Y/N. I hate seeing you upset, I promise he will leave you alone from now on even when I'm not with you"
"Please don't, he's not worth getting detention for"
"No, he's not getting away with this, saint potter needs to learn a lesson"
Dinner
We enter the great hall and before I get a chance to see anything Draco is gone, I immediately look over towards the Gryffindor table to see Harry getting pulled back off the bench by Draco.
"You think you can go around and make fun of my girlfriend. Do you?" He yells at Harry causing everyone to go silent and watch the two enemies square up to each other
"What's going on?" Pansy ask standing next to me
"Potter was mean to me in potions"
"That boy is going to get another scar" she growls and grabs her wand from her pocket before storming towards them.
Various flashes of colour lights up the hall and I manage to final run over to the scene.
Draco and Harry are having a full on duel, Pansy is firing hexes to Hermione who's managing to deflect them away.
"Experllarmus" I yell disarming Ron before he can hex Pansy.
"BREAK IT UP NOW!"
Everyone goes silent and breaks away as Snape arrives.
"What is going on here?" McGonagall asks
"He started it!" Harry and Draco reply in sync.
"All of you back to your tables. My classroom at 7pm sharp!"
I pull Draco away and back to our table "are you ok?"
"Yes"
"You got detention again!"
"I don't care, I'm not going to let him get away with being mean to you."
"I think he's going to leave you alone from now on" Pansy smirks
"Both of you are crazy" I laugh
"But you love our crazy side"
"I will always protect you Y/N remember that"
I rest my head on Draco's shoulder letting out a small smile.
"I love you"
"I love you too" he replies before kissing my head.
