Helena Black, twin sister to Narcissa Black. Everyone knows about Helena and her crush on Lucius Malfoy she's had this crush on him since first year her entire family has even teased her about the crush she has on Lucius. Helena is friends with Lucius but never had the courage to tell him about her feelings for him.
However that is about to change, 7th year gets a ball just before Christmas break. Lucius haven't asked anyone to go with him yet, I'm going to be brave and ask him.
I look through all the dresses and smile pulling one out. "Poppy this is the one"
"That is so cute, try it on" Poppy smiles back
I go into the dressing room and quickly get change, before showing Poppy I turn around and look in the mirror. The top is black off the shoulder cut and the bottom half is a lighter shade black skirt covered in a golden floral design.
"Helena, hurry up I want to see the dress"
This is the one. I open the curtains and Poppy's jaw drops "Yes that's the one"

I go back to get change into my robes and then I pay for the dress. Poppy didn't find a dress so we plan to come back another time when there will be new stock in for her to look through.
"Lena you wasn't at practice, you're always there" Lucius speaks from his chair in the common room
"I was dress shopping with Poppy, I'm sure you scored lots of goals though as usual"
"Of course I did"
"I will take your dress upstairs" Poppy whispers taking my bag from me and pushing to towards where Lucius is.
"Thanks Pops" I smile and walk over taking a seat next to Lucius "Where is everyone else?"
"Detention and whoever isn't in detention is off doing whatever"
"I need to ask you something"
"What is it?"
"Will you, umm, will"
"Just spit it out Helena"
"Will you go to the ball with me?"
"Oh"
I stare at him confused
"I'm sorry, I already asked someone"
"Who?"
"Narcissa, I asked her after breakfast"
now it's my turn to say "oh"
