You and Seamus had a huge argument and being his stubborn self he avoided you like the plague. It's now the 3rd day back after Easter break and he's still ignoring you, he even ignored your letters during the break.
A Ravenclaw boy I turned down managed to make a photo look like it was us kissing so Seamus would dump me. Seamus, of course, doesn't believe me hence why he's ignoring me.
I was extremely hurt by his actions, still am. He knows damn well the trouble I have outside of Hogwarts. My sister is a muggle and didn't inherit the magic gene like I did meaning she bullies me due to being jealous. Father does nothing about it as he's too busy to notice due to Mother being a drunk so he's too occupied looking after her.
This break was the same as usual, the abusive remarks and odd physical abuse here and there from Rosie.
I wrote to Seamus telling him I'm struggling but he ignored me. I cried myself to sleep that night.
Currently I'm in Potions helping Hermione make a potion, god knows what one as I wasn't listening due to trying to get attention from Seamus.
"Is he talking to you yet?"
"No"
"Y/N you need to get Snape to prove you had detention"
"No, I'm not getting Snape involved" I hiss at her
"Fine, he's by the supplies go and get me some more beans"
I nod ok and walk off, "Seamus" I begin
He turns and walks away ignoring me. Ouch that hurt, again.
"You will write 3 parchments, not 2 or 2 and 3/4. I want exactly 3" Snape speaks as I write down the homework that has been set.
"Do it" Hermione whispers
I look across the class seeing Seamus quickly looking away so I decide screw it and I stick my hand up in the air.
"Yes Miss Y/L/N?"
"Can you please confirm that on the 2nd to last Thursday before Easter break I had detention with you"
"You want another detention? If so that can be arranged but you're not doing the stocktake cause you did an awful job at it last time"
"No Sir"
"Well don't ask me stupid questions, Everyone leave"
I grab my things and walk out, I have a free period now so I'm planning to start on my homework.
"Y/N, wait up"
I stop and look at Seamus running towards me.
"I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have believed that douchebag. I shouldn't of ignored your letters. You needed me and I'm the worst boyfriend ever."
"You really hurt me Seamus"
"I'm sorry"
"Promise you will never not believe me again?"
"I promise"
I let out a smile and hug him
He pulls away and turns my robes sleeve up. "Did she do this?" He asks
"Yes, how did you know I had a bruise?"
"When you put your hand up in class"
I forgot to use my other hand, damnit.
"You need to speak to Dumbledore, or McGonagall about this Y/N"
"You know I can't"
"Well christmas break you're staying with me, we will forge a letter home explaining how you have to stay at Hogwarts for christmas"
I let out a smile and hug him.
Everything feels so much better now he's finally talking to me again.
