I stare at the test stick with wide eyes. This can't be happening, it's the worst timing ever.
There's an evil wizard on the loose who's strictly against us muggleborns. He's trying to wipe us all out of existent.
Severus is my boyfriend of 3 and a half years, we're about to graduate from Hogwarts. No one knows about our relationship with him being a slytherin and me a Hufflepuff and also a muggle born not that anyone actually knows my blood status apart from my close friends.
Severus have been distant over the last 5 months, his friends have all joined the death eaters, mostly because of their parents making them but either way Severus is getting influenced by them. Even more so when his friends found out that he actually has no plan what to do with his life after graduation.
I walk to the room of requirement and Severus is already there. I go over and hug him tightly
"I've missed you"
"You saw me yesterday" he chuckles hugging me back
"You've been different, you've been a typical slytherin the past few months. I saw Lucius is now a death eater too"
"Yes he is."
"So no doubt he's putting more pressure into you to join?"
"He is"
I hand him the pregnancy test "this happened today"
"What is it?"
"A pregnancy test. Two lines means I'm pregnant"
He looks down "there's two lines"
"Exactly! Hence why I gave it to you"
"This isn't good"
"I know it isn't. But I don't know what is best for us. Do we keep it?"
"Yes!" He snaps quickly "We can't get rid of our baby. We just have to fake it"
"Fake it?" I ask confused
"They think I'm a pure blood because I'm in slytherin. I will join them"
"Severus no!"
"It's the only way, I will request any tasks I get given not to be too long or far away. From now on you're a pure blood witch"
"Lie about my blood line? Won't they find out?"
"Not unless we mess up our act. It's the only way both you and our child will be safe"
"What about my parents?"
