"...yeah good night, Yuta."

"Good night, Sicheng."

After the day Sicheng had broken down, the student and the professor had exchanged numbers. Yuta would call Sicheng every night just to ensure that the younger was okay. Both of their feelings had grown stronger for each other, but they were oblivious to the other's feelings.

The student and professor duo had grown closer than usual, sharing occasional hugs here and there, initiating skinship, or giving each other nicknames, it was an everyday thing for them. If anyone saw them, they would be deemed as a 'couple', but they would just shrug it off as a 'platonic relationship'.

Both of them knew that their feelings for each other were more than a student-teacher relationship or a friendship. But they were to scared to admit it. What if they ruined the wonderful friendship they had?

"Hey Yuta~", Ji-ah called out, trailing a finger on the older's arm. "I'm so happy we're shopping for our rings! It's going to be so fun!"

Yuta just looked at her with an emotionless face. He wasn't even interested in the wedding, and now his father sent Ji-ah and him to the mall to shop for their rings. 'Fun' didn't even begin to cover the situation, 'unfun' would be more suitable if it was a word.

"Yuta! Talk to me!", she whined.

"What do you want?", Yuta nearly growled out.

"Are you mad at me, hubby? What did I do?", Ji-ah pouted. Yuta scrunched his nose. Sicheng looks so so much better when he pouts. Oh how I want to kiss those full lips-

"Hubby~", she shook Yuta. "Talk to me~"

"Listen here, Jung Ji-ah. I have warned you a number of times not to call me hubby. I am not interested in you or this marriage and I have made that clear a number of times. If you still haven't got the message, then let me tell you this loud and clear: I. Don't. Want. This. Marriage. Please keep your hands to yourself.", Yuta declared, well more like ground out.

Ji-ah was shocked for a second, but she then returned back to her normal, annoying self. "Now, now, hubby dear. That's no way to talk to your would-be wife, is it? Let's just go and get our rings."

Yuta sighed. He was getting no where with this. He was just not going to win.

Yuta dragged his fingers along the glass class where the diamond rings were displayed. One particular ring had caught his eye. The ring had a thin rose gold band with a diamond butterfly on top. I wonder if Sicheng would like it if I bought it for him. Or maybe if I proposed to him- Wait what?! No no no. I'm not confessing to him. Nope. Not...yet.

But still, something in the back of his mind urged him to buy the ring and save it for later. And so he did, along with the ring for his annoying fiancée. Ji-ah's ring was a plain gold band with a huge diamond on top, kinda ugly if you asked me.

"I'm done! Can we go get some food? And then- Oh! Maybe we could visit the baby store later? To buy a crib or stroller?", Ji-ah chirped in her usual nasal voice.

Yuta internally groaned. They aren't even married yet! Why was she thinking of babies now? God, what goes on inside this woman's crazy mind? He just nodded, not in a mood to argue with her.

"Hyung!"

"Nana!"

Both brothers ran up to each other.

"It's been so long since I've seen you, hyung!", Jaemin exclaimed hugging the older. "Dad doesn't even let me out of the house! He always tells me to get a girlfriend, when I already have two boyfriends!"

"You didn't tell Dad you were gay?", Yuta looked at the younger with a confused expression.

"No...", the younger grimaced. "You know how he is when it comes to homosexuality. I'm afraid he'll disown me when I come out to him. Even you didn't tell him, right?"

"No, I didn't. But I want to. I want to get out of this marriage as soon as possible, if it means being disowned, then so be it."

"I don't like your fiancée. She's such a stuck-up bitch. She's always ordering me around whenever she visits our home.", the younger complained.

Yuta chuckled. Ji-ah really was a stuck-up bitch.

"So..", Yuta started, changing the topic. "How's it going with Jeno and Renjun?"

"Wonderful! They're such lovely boyfriends. We've arranged for a Disney movie marathon tonight. I told Dad that I was having a sleepover at Hyuck's house.", the younger let out a giggle. "What about you, hyung? Mom told me you're in love~", he sang.

Yuta nervously chuckled. He wondered how the younger would react if he told him that his crush was Renjun's older brother.

"Y-you know Renjun's brother?", he asked.

"Sicheng hyung? Yes.", Jaemin vigorously nodded.

"H-he's the one I'm in l-love with."

There was a moment's silence before the younger started squealing.

"Oh my God! I knew it! I knew it! I knew it! I knew it when I saw you two together at Renjun's party! You guys are so cute!", he fanboyed.

"It's great to see you take this so nicely.", Yuta leaned against the headboard of the bed. "I was scared you'd be uncomfortable."

"Not at all! It's been so long since you've been with someone. And it's gonna be awesome if we get that annoying fiancée of yours off our heads.", Jaemin chuckled.

Yuta laughed along, pinching his brother's cheeks.
