Five-year-long crush

Merry Christmas y'all!
Sorry I haven't uploaded anything for a while was out celebrating Christmas, but hey I'm back now!

"Hey Bella" Ally said as she excitedly sat down across the table from me.

"Hey" I replied not looking up at her.

"Where's everyone?" She asked as she ripped open a protein bar packet, she bit almost half of it at once then looked at me giving me one. I shook my head not feeling like eating anything.

"They're coming" I said, and as in magic, I saw Jessy walking towards our table, flipping her hair to one side before eying Stephan and sitting down. I rolled my eyes in umcomfiness, still upset I hadn't found the effort to disclose he was my step-brother.

I had to do that soon!

"Uh, why does he look more delicious every fucking passing day!?" Jessy groaned sitting down next to me. I bit my lip.

"Okay I get he's hot, but the likelihood of you two become a thing... isn't high, so please stop it." Lily said in a serious tone while making Abby scoot over unwillingly.

"Jeez, who fucked your day?" Abby mumbled.

"No one! It's always this shitty, I just try to see the bright side- which there isn't!" Lily said slamming her waterbottle on the table making a couple people look over.

"What happened" I asked concerned, she took a few breaths before looking at me.

"You know that day Tammy put Penny in her place? Well he's felt guilty about it since and now he goes after her like a fucking butler apologizing. She thinks of herself as someone so high, I want to break her tiny ass head and snip her dead hair off!" Lily shouted, now people were really looking. While Lily screamed in frustration, Carly came and sat down with a worried and confused look.

Everyone stayed quiet as Lily grabbed a protein bar from Ally's hand before Ally could open it up and eat it. Ally jumped in surprise and looked unhappy as she realized her bar was stolen. She unzipped her backpack and grabbed another one, her eyes narrowed at Lily, who was eating the stolen bar in frustration.

"You okay?" Jessy asked softly putting a hand on Lily's resting one, knowing the answer already.

"No" Lily said "I fucking hate that bitch" she said groaning loudly.

"Hey, she's not that bad." Carly said trying to defend Penny. Lily glared at her, making me gulp.

"No? Well then hear this, in the bathroom I was in the stalls as that bitch came in laughing and talking to Scarlet on the phone." Lily stopped and looked at everyone, I didn't know who Scarlet was, but from everyone's faces they knew her as they made faces of disgust.

"She said she was so happy she ended it with Lucas and now she had Tammy wrapped around her finger, all thanks to some plan Scarlet made. And not only that, she assured Scarlet that Ryan would be dating Scarlet soon." Lily said, I lost track of what she was saying, but Ryan's name caught my attention.

"Wait, what? I'm so confused, Penny was the one to break up with her boyfriend and all that sulking the past month...was fake?" Jessy said, Lily nodded crossing her arms over her chest and nodding.

"And she likes Tammy or wants him going after her, and Scarlet helped her?" Carly asked confused, Lily nodded again.

"So what's with the whole Ryan thing?" I asked, my curiosity getting the best of me.

"I think Scarlet's trying to get him to date her." Lily said looking confused.

"Uh she's been after him since the seventh grade." Ally said.
