Cognitive map is one of her quirks abilities. She can pick up things as far as she can reach with her mind, but instead of picking them up, she just holds them slightly, her mind can feel her holding it so she can feel out spaces and objects in spaces with her mind. Meaning she can give a layout to a room she's not even in. She's just close enough to the room to reach the items and the walls in it.
