"Here I got the things you told me to get." Alexius say, giving Nathaniel the black bag from the corner store.
"Preciate ya'-" he nods, Taking a look in the bag. "No problem." Alex say, slipping her hands in the pockets of her pants.
Nathaniel is the light-skin who brought her home the other day from Bankhead. He'd forced his number into her phone and so they've been texting since.
"Say Whatchu got going on right now?" He asks
"I have school work to finish." Alex stated, referring to her 650+ word essay she has to write for college.
She'd decided that she would graduate early and go on off to college. She hasn't turned the paper in yet figuring that she'd do it tomorrow when she's done with her essay considering she'd started early so she was almost done.
"How many assignments?" He asks, blankly.
"Um...it's a essay." Alex says
"Mmm." He hums "Come hang wit' us right quick." He nods, his head over to the group of people who stood outside of building 105.
"I have-You smart right?." He asks, Alex shrugs.
"If you were you'd know to come along, No questions asked." He says sternly before, walking away.
Rolling her eyes hard mentally, She walked behind him over to the building.
Soon as they got to the apartment building, There was multiple girls and, multiple boys.
Of course Alex seen them when She came out of her apartment building to go somewhere but, She's never talked nor interacted with them.
"Ayo wassup lil choc!" Melly says, coming over holding his hand out For Alexius to shake.
Alex only looked at him with her Natural mug, She didn't wanna dap him up or anything else.
"Girl you can dap him up." Some girl says
"Right acting like she all that." Another says, Making the lab rats laugh.
"I don't want too and, I really don't have to please, respect my decisions." Alex says respectfully.
She didn't wanna sound disrespectful or anything with them cause She knew exactly how they were. The minute you defend yourself is the minute they all ready to fight.
You're supposed to let them talk to you any kind of way without saying anything back.
"Please respect my decision!" Venus mocks (Melly's real name), doing hand expressions in Alexius face.
She felt herself becoming upset at this point. She didn't wanna argue or fight because, Alex just Isn't a violent person so, She just decided to walk away and not entertain them.
