"Did you take two to be sure?" I ask Joecy, placing my phone down on the counter as I begin to braid down my newly done twenty four inch braids while looking in the mirror.

I'd done them myself and it took me two days. For my first time braiding my own hair, I can say that they look decent. Nathaniel was supposed to be helping me braid them down and he did for a little while till he got a call from Venus.

I guess he has business to handle. Especially since melly touched down in Orlando yesterday morning. He drove over to Tampa to see Niel and I but now him and Niel are gone somewhere.

He wouldn't tell me where he was going but it's okay. I miss him a lot though, :( and It's only been thirty minutes. As soon as he left, Joecy called me crying.

"Yes and both of them says positive," Joecy whines.

"Alex, I don't know what to do," She cries, "I wasn't thinking and now I feel trapped," She goes on to express her feelings on the cause at hand.

"Okay," I sigh releasing the finished braid before grabbing another one to braid down. "You know who the father is?" I ask making a "eh" face in hopes that she doesn't take that question the wrong way.

I mean no harm. I just want to make sure she knows because it's important.

"It's--" She pauses. I continue to braid down my hair as I await her answer. Luckily I'm only on the last braid so I can dip them then be finished.

"Delirious," She says. I pause my movements as my face goes blank. "It was a few months ago but I'm now finding out that I'm pregnant," She says but I wasn't even listening anymore as my ears blurred.

"Girl what?" I say out of reflex, scrunching my face in disgust. Nathaniel just beat this nigga ass for something he did to me when younger.

"It was a one night stand and it was way before I knew what he did to you Alex, Im sorry," She apologizes and I could hear the actual sympathy in her voice.

"How many months are you?" I ask her.

"Four," She quickly answers. I roll my eyes as I let out a sigh figuring that I can't be mad at her because even if it was right after Niel fought him...she didn't know because I didn't tell her so she was basically in the dark.

It's not like I'm mad at delirious either but out of respect for my boyfriend? I won't speak a word to delirious, especially since Nathaniel did it for me.

"Okay," I sigh, "It's not your fault joecy, I should've told you and it's not a big deal anyways," I shrug but still feeling a way about it. I don't know why but it feels really weird.

"Schedule a doctors appointment with him and tell me what happens after," I say to her just ready to hang up the call. "And don't let them tell you the gender," I say.

"Why not?" She asks.

"Just don't," I smile small beginning to braid the rest of my last plat down. Releasing the braid I grab the cup of hot steaming water and begin dipping my front row of braids as the dry off towel hangs over my shoulders.

"Thank you for understanding Alex, I love that a lot," She says, "I'm sorry again," She apologizes for the second time.

"I told you that it's okay Joecy, And of course," I smile small. "I'll always be here for you," I reassure her.

"I love you," She coees, "I love you more," Was the last thing said before the call ended.

"Oh my gosh," I sigh deeply wanting bad to rest my muscles. Using my hands and moving my arms around for a long period of time has made my muscles ache and I just want to quit but all I have left to do is dip them which is what I'm doing right now.
