the younger couldn't hide his excitement, the other hadn't giggled and smiled that freely either and it was too much "it's the perfect night then" he said clearly implying something jeonghan didn't quite get and stood up in an excellent mood before washing the dirty dishes quickly and jeonghan walked over to clean up everything else

they went to the room and sat down on the same bed so jisoo chuckled "this is so embarassing" he said and looked up to the ceiling with an embarrassed groan "okay, let's do it"

jeonghan nearly chocked on air and looked at him nervously "what?" he asked scaredly

the younger furrowed his eyebrows "what do you mean what? take off your clothes"

the older thought he was hallucinating was jisoo really saying what he thought he was? he couldn't believe it

"come on, we agreed that once you could talk we would do this" jisoo continued

jeonghan was confused and about to tell him that he wasn't ready to do it and they hadn't even talked about it but the younger suddenly stood up "fine, i'll go first" he said and started taking off his clothes as he walked over to his closet and grabbed his pajamas

that's when the older remembered and felt like he could breath again "oh my god jisoo you scared the shit out of me" he said in relief with a playful glare

the younger turned to see him confusedly, they had joked that since they didn't pretend they hated each other anymore they could do one of those corny movie clichés and have a movie night with matching pjs to celebrate when jeonghan finally recovered

"you have to admit you telling me to just take off my clothes and that it was the perfect night sounded pretty suggestive with no context" jeonghan continued with an embarrassed smile

jisoo sighed playfully as well and shook his head "no context? it's your fault for forgetting" he said as he tossed him his pjs and looked away for him to change

jeonghan had stopped changing in front of jisoo ever since that night because the younger turned around anyways because even a couple of days ago he still couldn't see his bruises without flinching

the older caught them and started taking off his clothes with a smile and when they finished changing, jisoo played the first movie they had agreed on on his phone and sat beside him

they watched two movies in a row until they were dozing off so jisoo put it away, only the nightstand's light was on so there wasn't much light in the room "do you want to sleep now?" he asked

jeonghan yawned and hummed so jisoo turned off the light in the nightstand and was about to stand up to go to his bed when the other grabbed him by the arm "wait, i want to tell you something" he said

the younger hummed both of them not thinking very clearly because they were half asleep "i want to stop wearing the neck collar, the doctor said that after two weeks it would be okay and it's been exactly three" he said

jisoo smiled lightly "of course, i don't mind, it was hard at first and it might be a little hard still but since you're ready to talk now i might be ready to start getting used to them although they're not that bad anymore" he said

jeonghan sighed in relief while taking it off, jisoo had already turned off the light from the nighstand but the moon was shining very brightly that night and the white light illuminated enough for them to see each other slightly

the younger closed his eyes quickly as a reflex but opened them slowly to see him and let out a shaky breath accepting the fact that it had happened and raised his hand to caress his bruises with the other slighty flinching

it was again a very personal moment but it became something more when they both made eye contact, none of them could take it anymore, jisoo was really hesitant but decided to just go for it and started leaning in slowly to which jeonghan did too, they both closed their eyes until their lips finally touched

it was their first romantic kiss together that they both recognized as romantic on purpose and it felt so different from their other kisses, jisoo could actually feel his stomach feeling funny

it wasn't jeonghan's first romantic kiss but it felt so different for some reason, he was so deep into it and it felt so natural that he didn't even notice when it became a french kiss and they were passionately kissing each other

jeonghan wrapped his arms around jisoo's neck to pull him closer and they both stayed enjoying the feeling more than they had enjoyed anything before

jeonghan turned to look at something else too and pressed his lips together "i think we should talk about this by now" he said hesitantly

the younger knew he was right "i know" he chuckled "it's just so cringey because i'm still not that used to us being nice to each other" he said "and i'm also kind of- nervous cause i don't think you feel the same way about"

jeonghan giggled slightly "i know it's embarrassing, but we should probably just try to, it might make things less confusing" he said with his hard beating quickly in anticipation after hearing what he thought could be a confession

jisoo nodded and took a deep nervous breath "look i- i really like you, and not just as friends, in a romantic way, i've felt this way for a long time and think you're amazing but i'm not sure whether you feel the same way about me" he explained nervously

jeonghan smiled sheepishly, he never thought he would hear jisoo confessing romantic feelings for him, but there they were, he felt his ears turn red all flustered "i've been crushing on you since i got sober, i thought that was pretty obvious, i mean, did the passionate kiss we just shared not make it obvious?" he replied with a shy smile

"so- do you-?" the younger stopped himself not being able to properly say it

"jisoo, would you like to be my boyfriend?" jeonghan asked as he grabbed his hand softly

the younger smiled widely "of course" he said before leaning in to kiss him again

jisoo put his hand on jeonghan's chest as he leaned in further to kiss him more passionate but tenderly, they both smiled in between the kiss, both of their hearts were fluttering and could feel warm inside, finally kissing their boyfriend felt amazing
