In the Academy's study, Cali, Blood Moon, Hedgefog, and Spellslamzer have reduced the literal mountains of books to just a few scattered ones in their search for the Ancient Arkeyan Athenaeum book. Haze and Brain are taking a break, playing a game of Shrink Stones on one of the freed-up tables, as a medley of Sky Test Area and Hidden Adventures plays.
The Mabu flips through a book, sighing. "There's only a few books left." She tosses it at the Spell Punk. "Spellslamzer, are you sure you grabbed all of the books in the Hall of the Ancients?"
He snaps his fingers, creating a rift to the Library in the book's trajectory. "I am certain of it. If I missed one, it would have been because Karma's rude wake-up call knocked it out of the area."
Blood Moon skims a beige book before holding it up. "I think this may be it."
She looks at the book. Then: "Well, speak of Crimson! Hand it over-"
Someone begins hollering nearby. Brain loses his grip on the Drow Lance Master 4 he was about to place under Haze's Arkeyan Jouster 5, cursing under his breath.

"I NO LONGER HAVE BAD LUCK!!" The Monster Marsh shrieks, raising his roots over his head as he, Firefly, Persephone, Red, and Hood deboard the nymph's ship.
It's late afternoon. Most of the Skylanders have started moving towards the Academy proper, chatting incomprehensibly among themselves.
A sun wheel cartwheels up the stairs towards the quartet, reforming into Day Break who bends down and slaps the vine creature on the back. "Hey, congratulations! We all knew you were capable of overcoming your inner demons." He looks at his companions. "Where'd you go earlier?"
"We'll explain over dinner," Red says. "There's some things that everybody will want to hear."
Just then, Hedgefog's nasally voice calls out from the Academy's front doors: "Emergency meeting! Everyone to the study immediately!"

"WHAT'S NEW?" Crimson Tide yells as everyone searches for space to stand in the study.
Drill X looks down, a disapproving look on its face, as its head's sprite appears at the bottom of the screen.
"Will you quit your yelling for once?
People must control impulses
when they are sneaking around foes.
Now is the time to practice so,
unless you like pushing limits."
Cali holds the book high over her head. "This book is the one I found yesterday." She sets it down on a table, flipping to a dog-eared page. "According to the Warrior Librarians of the Eternal Archives-" She looks up at Flynn, who has his mouth open. "worms who operate silver battle suits like Pomfrey Lefuzzbuttom- the Ancients created the Arkeyan Guardian of Knowledge to record the events of everything that has, that is, and that will go down in Skylands. As I told you, it resides in the Ancient Arkeyan Athenaeum, which is..." she scrutinizes that page, and the next few ones. "is..." She swiftly moves the rest of the pages with her thumb until she reaches the back cover. She looks up at Brain, tosses it at him. "Brain, what happened to its location?"
He wraps his tentacles around it, a small weight appearing on his medulla to keep him from flying away, and furrows his not-unibrow in confusion. "I distinctly remember contributing to this. Some of the pages must have gotten lost after the other Ancients imprisoned me in that jar."
"Spill the beans, then," Mesmeralda says. "Where is it?"
He closes his eye, grinding his teeth. Finally, he opens it up. "I do not know."
Haze looks at Dream Weaver. "Should the spider...?"
