"And that should do the trick." The Brain says rather proudly as he drops the last ingredient into the purple concoction. "It's ready when you are, Buzz."

Buzz hobbles up and takes the goblet from the brain and eyes it warily. "Well, I've likely had worse." He tips back the drink and downs it all in one quick gulp.

The Brain watches anxiously for a moment before asking, "How do you feel? Has the influx of memories begun yet?"

Buzz closes his one eye and makes a scrunched up face before reopening it with a shrug. "Nothin' yet, compadre."

"Hmm, maybe it has a bit of delay then." The Brain said tapping his hand against his chin. "I guess we will just have to wait."

Just then, Cali comes sprinting up to the group. "Buzz!" She exclaimed. "We just got word from the Mabu Defense Force that the core of light is under attack!"

"Dusty dynamite!" Buzz cursed. "We gotta get movin'!"

The Brain quickly cuts Buzz off. "The Skylander can go, but you shan't, Buzz. The memories locked in your brain are too important and we can't risk an episode occurring due to the flower's effects. You will have to stay."

Buzz scowled at that before turning to Cali and saying, "You're in charge, Cali. Do whatever you deem necessary to protect the core."

Cali looked shocked at the proclamation before standing up straight and saluting Buzz. "You got it, Buzz."

She then turns to face the Skylander. "I'll go get Flynn and Mags ready to go. Gather up whatever you need in the meantime, Skylander, when you're ready to go, just let us know."

The Dreadyacht soared through a darkened sky. "Uh I don't remember the citadel being in this direction." Flynn remarked.

Cali stepped up next to him in the cockpit. "That's because it isn't, Flynn. The core of light was relocated to the Realm of Light following its destruction from Kaos's Sky Eater."

"It was? How was I not told this?"

"You probably were told about it." Cali taunts. "You likely weren't paying attention though."

"Oh," Flynn responds. "I probably had a good reason not to."

Cali rolls her eyes and walks back down onto the Dreadyacht's deck where Mags is preparing all of the A.M.B.'s that had been loaded onto the ship. "How are the Anti-Mist Blasters coming along?"

Mags looks up from them and shifts her goggles up to her forehead. "Well, they're still prototypes so I wouldn't go and get yer hopes up quite yet. But they should help at the very least."

"Good, we're going have them set up around the core after this to mount the defense. Hopefully the defense force can hold out long enough."

"Uh..." Flynn calls from the cockpit. "You're gonna wanna come take a look at this!"

Cali and Mags go running up to Flynn and gasp at the same time. Ahead of them is a giant grey storm of mist more than five hundred times the size of the Dreadyacht encircling the Realm of Light. The grey mist frothed and writhed around the realm as if it was trying to get in as close as it could. A single beam of light broke through the top of the grey mass.

"Look!" Cali said pointing out the light. "The core of light still stands! We have to go in there and help!"

"What?!" Flynn yelled. "Go into the swirling mass of death?!"

"Of course, Flynn. What else would we do?"

"Oh I don't know, fly away from the dome of destruction!?"
