Chapter 11: The Black Tiger

Ty Lee Pov

I went to the Fire Nation for Kyoshi Warrior training. We had really expanded the group and made a few changes. We were all still nonbender women witht the same beliefs and strategies, but we were divded into different groups. This way some of us could protect Kyoshi Island while the other groups protected other areas of the world. I was resigned to lead the Fire Nation troop that helped protect the Royal Palace.

I trained with the other warriors teaching them more chi blocking moves. They were really talented and quick learners. Nearly masters.

"Ok break time everyone. Be in front of the palace in an hour to do a palace investigation." I said dismissing the girls for an hour of free time.

I took off my makeup but stayed in uniform. I walked down the roads to see if anything interesting was happening. I turned to see a girl being dragged by a man disguised in black down an alleyway.

"Stop! " I shouted running towards him.
He put two fingers in his mouth and whistled. About 10 men came from behind him, all standing in firebending forms. I pulled out my fans and waited to see who was going to make the first move.

Soon, someone jumped off the roof and sent a blast of fire straight towards me. I easily flipped out the way, nearly being burned by the surprise attack. As soon as I landed everyone had firebent towards me. I could have avoided it by moving swiftly as I usually do, but someone dressed in a black coak jumped in front of me and distinguished the flames.

As they kept shooting towards her, she easily distingushed them all. Whoever this person was, they were very skilled and quick.

I took that as an oppertunity to fight the man who was still trying to drag the woman away. I easily freeded her by chi blocking him and he fell to the floor.
I turned around to see his other men were down too. I have no idea how the mystery person took them down so quick.

"Thank you for saving me. That man calls himself the leader of the "Black Tiger." That's his gaang. They appeared about a week ago when the Firelord was in Republic City."

"Does he know?" I asked

"Don't know. So far, hardly anyone knows about them. Apparently, the only people that know about them are the ones they take. Nobody knows who's behind the mask or what their motive is."

"How come you know about them?"

"Because, they took my sister Tu La." she looked me dead in they eye
"They carried her away somewhere. They stopped in a different alleyway that was pure black. It wasn't their headquarters unfortunately. I overheard everything. I told her not to go down that shady trail, she never listens to me. I went to go find her then saw them take her. This was about 4 days ago. I was spotted and they threw her to the ground and started chasing me. I couldn't save her. They been after me ever since. The Firelord wasn't here and I had to avoid being spotted by them. As you can see, my luck ran out today."

"I'm so sorry what happened to Tu La. You need to come to the palace with me and explain everything. What's your name?"

"Talia. Look they're gone." Talia said pointing towards the ground.
I had forgot to make sure they didn't escape.

The mystery person was behind us probably listening with their back turned towards us.
They started walking away till I grabbed their wrist.

"Thank you. Talia and I might not be here if it wasn't for you." I said

They firmly pulled their wrist back and stood their for a second.
I turned around to see Talia wasn't there anymore.

Then I noticed the mystery person was gone also.

"Creepy." I said to myself.

I started heading towards the Royal Palace.

Azula Pov

I had just snook my way into the Fire Nation. I tooked around to see fire coming from alley. If someone was fighting, watching could make my day. I saw a face I hadent' seen in about 6 years. Ty Lee. She landed perfectly from a flip I suppose, as usual. However, I saw multiple blasts come toward her.

I don't know what came over me but I immediately jumped in to save her, even though she probably wouldn't have gotten hurt. She quickly analyzed I was helping her distract the henchmen while she saved the girl. Ty Lee was smart, she may seem bubbly and dumb sometimes but I always knew what she was capable of.

Her thanking me and grabbing my wrist, I fell into a flashback of good times we had together. Then I thought and felt those jabs that chi blocked me at the boiling rock. I immediately drew back and disappeared as she turned her head.

I wasn't worried though, I knew exactly where she'd be. The Royal Palace.

Talia Pov

As soon as the Kyoshi Warrior turned her head, I ran into the alley. I had done my job. She'd tell Firelord Zuko about the Black Tiger.

"Father, I have returned."

"Talia, tell me you have completed your mission." my father spoke

"Yes, they should deliever the information about us tonight."

"Good."

And the man who pretended to be kidnapping me took off his mask and placed his shoulder on mine.

"You're sure they bought the whole, my sister was taken." he asked me

"Positive father."

"You know Talia, you always been such a good liar." a new voice spoke

"Take notes Tu La." I smirked

Father put his other shoulder on Tu La and walked with us to our headquaters.

"Soon "The Black Tiger" will have won this." Father said and we walked into the darkness.

Also I have taken ideas and put thrm into place. The story might be as the characters figuring out who they really are while dealing so many setbacks, I mean the title is "Who Am I Really." I apologize for taking a week to udpate, I've been very busy this week. I also want to thank each and every reader because seeing their are 800+ reads, brings me so much joy.
