His Wine 25

There's an indescribable feeling that creeps inside my heart, I guess it is a mixture of longingness and pain. 

I saw tears falling from his eyes after he uttered "hindi maari." He hurriedly runs toward me and gives me the tightest hug. "Hindi ako makapaniwala, buhay ka. Pero pano? A-anong nanagya--"

"Blase? Pinsan?!" Weng didn't finish his words as Nyll shows up. He also hurriedly went toward me and give me the tightest hug.

"Couz, I-I can't breathe" I struggled.

"Anong nangyari? You-we saw you na tumal--" 

"Gu-guys, I know you have a lot to ask but let's go inside first and I want you to meet someone."

Sininyasan ko si Mardav na lumabas sa pinag-tataguan niya at dalidali na kaming pumasok sa loob ng bahay.

"Everyone, I want you to meet Mardav. He's my companion." They both greet him warmly in the midst of crises.

We were all seated on the sofa facing each other. Though there are feelings that I want to express I want to save that for the other day. I will satisfy their curiosity first.

"Back in the time before the incident happened, there was smoke that is calling me and I can't help myself following it. It has this aura that is so familiar and somewhat I felt a connection to it.  I'm not in my right mind but all I think is that I should do something to make you both fall in love without a barrier, sorry and please don't feel sad, it's not your fault..."

"After drowning, I felt it is my last breath but after a couple of unconsciousness I saw Mardav beside me and awakens me for who truly I am. I know it'll shock you but I am a vampire."

They look shocked but I have the gut that they were not surprised at all. 

"I wish I could say more but I am asking you to save your questions. I will tell you everything when I'm ready" and they both nod.

It is indeed calming when you don't hold guilt for someone. I wish I could tell them the truth, especially Weng but I can't forgive myself for hurting him twice.
