.+* Chapter 22 - Exhausted *+.

Sofia's View:
Gaster removed my cast. The blood from before was from my leg, yup. When he blasted me, he broke my leg..yay.

* Thank you.

He teleported me back to my cell. I was five months along and missing everybody dearly. Grim has so much explaining to do and I had to find a way to get out of this hell hole.

Eliza's View:
* 3...2...1...

I casted the spell, opening separate times. Ellie used souls go keep the opening strong. This portal went against all timelines...the mirror verse. We all went in. Everything was normal but empty. No life.

^ This way.

We followed Star to the building. It was an old abandoned building. We had to be silent. But that was short lived after Grim literally exploded the front. XGaster looked at us in shock before teleporting away. I knew where she was, I teleported to her. My heart sank at how tired she looked.

* Sofia we have to go..

I tried to help her up but the way she glared at me, she was angry.

* I swear I'll k̵̡̪̳̱̬̔̀i̴̢̖̽̅͊l̸̳̐̍͆̓̊͋̋̾l̶͙̮̘͍̠̼͒̓ him.

She got up. I teleported us out and XGaster was already fighting Grim. Star ran to hug Sofia but she pushed him away. Was something wrong?

^ Sofia...?
Star looked at her with pity and empathy.

After a while, Grim practically killed XGaster to the point of non existence. We went back home, well Sofia's home and she sat down, glaring at Grim.

"Sofia you need rest." he firmly told her.

* I blame you for what I went through. You were so busy being proud of your stupid work that you never even thought about the enemies you made on the way!

"Sofia I'm-"

* I Ḧ̵̡̛̭̮͙̺͉̲̻́̈́͐̋͒͠ā̷̟͙̺͎̥̊̾͊̂̕t̴̞͇̬̻͇̦͓̤͛̾̚ę̶̼̯̋̃͒͋̆̊͒̑ you all.

Ellie's View:
I whistled as I closed the portal and teleported to Sofia's house. Grim and her were arguing. She hated us all? I've known Sofia since I was created and she never said the word hate.

* Everything alright here?
I asked Eliza. Grim and Sofia were arguing.

* No...
You could tell by the look on Eliza's face that they had been arguing for a few minutes.

"Sofia I would never do something purposefully to gain an enemy!"

* Clearly you would seeming a Gaster went out of his way to find me.

* Guys-

"*NOT NOW ELLIE!*"

They continued to argue, but after a while, Sofia went to bed, slamming the door behind her.

^ Gaster must've told her something...

* Don't worry, I'll talk to her. 🙂
Eliza went to Sofia's room.

I sat down after I went to get a cup of lemonade.

Eliza's View:
I entered her room, she glared at me.

* Did Gaster do something to you, Sofia...?

* No, you can't just blame things you dislike on villains.
She used magic, hitting herself into comfy pyjamas. Sofia laid down in bed, staring at the ceiling.

* Sofia you don't normally act like this, you can tell me if something is going on...

* Now that I think about it, you don't know anything about me.

* Just tell me what happened!

* Get out of my room.

I stopped time and took her soul out. It looked fine...but something must've happened! I released Ellie from the time freeze. She teleported to me.

* Is this what- WOAH.

* What?

* That's a lot of hate!

* In Sofia's soul?

She took Sofia's soul off me and separated the black soul from her own.

* It's hard to tell the difference, believe me.

Ellie absorbed the black soul. Why it didn't effect her? I had no idea.

* She'll wake up and be super achey so make sure she's comfortable.
Ellie told me, walking out the room. I resumed time and Sofia blinked. The light from the window shone towards her and her buried herself in the duvet.

* Mmph..

Star and I got her pillows, movies, and snacks and left her to relax. Grim has already gone home. It was clear he was upset.

* Call me if anything happens, okay?

Star nodded and opened a portal for me back home. I went through. Grim was outside talking to someone. The voice was familiar. I opened the door and they both stared at me.

* Oh sorry, am I interrupting the conversation..?

"No no it's alright Eliza. Meet the new owner of Snowdin." He smiled.

I shook his hand and exchanged looks.

Communist ~!

* Communist?

Grim turned to me. Oops.

'Indeed I am!' The gentlemen smiled.

I quickly went inside. What a random thought. I continued to organise Sofia's future baby shower for a bit before Grim came it.

* Heya.

"Hey, we need to talk.."

* Mhm?

"Make sure you don't to anything...regretful with your magic. There's armies and guards about and they're on good terms with us at the moment." He explained.

* Pffft, you think they can stop me?

"They have guns."

Grim and I looked at each other before smiling.

* I can stop time. Buuuut for the sake of peace they don't need to know that.

He sighed with relief and thanked me, before leaving for work.

I wanted to see how this all played out.
