Eliza (Book 1)

.+* Chapter 32 - Life *+.

Ellie's View:
I returned back home and saw the texts Eliza had sent me. She said I was needed at Dad's lab, and so I went. Hikaru glared at me.

* My mother texted me to come here because of your pathetic self?

He face changed into a blank one.

* I have better things to do.

I was tempted to fill him with fear just to reinforce the fact that he would never be able to beat me (or so I thought), but that would upset Eliza. I teleported home and opened the fridge to get some orange juice.

Two weeks passed by...

Sofia's View:
Aurora showed me her school report, it was perfect! We were so proud of her. She went upstairs. I stood up to go upstairs when I froze in place. Star was just returning from work.

^ Hey, you ok-?

He didn't take his eyes off me.

* My water....it...

He looked down and quickly grabbed my hand. A sense of excitement yet extreme nervousness rushed through me. We rushed to the hospital with Aurora.

* I'll stay with Uncle Grim.

^ Are you sure...?

She nodded eagerly as a few nurses came in.

A few hours later

Aurora's View:
I refused to let go of Emily's hand.

'Who is that?' She questioned.

A man we looking up at a monstrous animatronic like machine...

"You should hide." He suddenly turned to face us.

His smile frightened me. The animatronic suddenly jumped down and killed the first person in its sight. Emily took my hand and we ran to hide in the cave.

Minutes went by and we peeked out only to see Zir battling the dangerous animatronic!

* We can't just leave him out to battle like that!

'Then let's go out and help.'

* Wh- NO!

'Trust me.'

We went outside and watched at Zir clenched his stomach and fell to the ground. I texted Eliza quickly.

* Zir!
We ran over to him and dragged him towards the ruins, but the animatronic sensed it.

Eliza's View:
I quickly told Grim I had an emergency to attend so and left the meeting we were in. I teleported back to snow din and saw blood. Everywhere. One foot after the other, I walked around.

Silence.

* Eliza, WATCH OUT!
Aurora yelled. I turned around, ducking as huge claws scratched the air. I teleported to Aurora's side. Ellie came out of a portal right behind the animatronic and is turned it's head, eyeing her.

* Oh.

* Ellie!

The animatronic dashed at her and she spawned her scythe and went towards it. The animatronic took her by surprise as it grabbed her scythe, throwing it into the wall. She couldn't fear-drown it, it didn't have feeling for her to corrupt. I started to run towards her, blasting towards the animatronic but it wouldn't stop.

But Ellie was determined. Too bad she was just another victim.

My blasts did nothing but Ellie refused to give up. She spawned a knife, and began to battle the animatronic.
