Chapter 35:

Izuku Midoriya's pov:

I opened the door to a hospital room along with Togata and found.

"Eri!" We both yelled in excitement.

"Sorry we couldn't visit sooner." I said.

"We brought some yummy though!" Togata said. "So, what's your favourite fruit? Oh, let me guess, a peach! Cause your such a peach"

"Apples." She said.

"Yeah that's what I meant" said Togata.

The doctor and nurse there were debating whether it's good for Eri to be having visitors.

"This whole time. Even if I did have a fever. All I could think about is how much you helped me. I don't even know what to call you. Eri said. "I know Lemillion's name but that's it. Who are you" she asked me.

"I'm Izuku Midoriya. But my trainer identity is Deku. You know what, Deku is probably easier to remember. Plus I really like the name." I said.

"Speaking of which why did you go with Deku?" Togata asked.

"It used to be the nickname for calling me a loser. But, someone showed me that it could have a different meaning." I explained.

"Is this special someone important to you?" Togata asked.

"I guess you could say that" I said.

"So Lemillion and Deku? But there was the man with glasses. He ended up getting really hurt because of me." Eri said. "All the terrible things that happened. It's all my fault. I'm so sorry." Poor Eri. She's racked with guilt. So I'm guessing she doesn't know what completely happened to him.

"Hey, Eri" Togata said patting her head. "None of this is your fault. No one thinks that. But do you know what we do think? We're so glad that Eri's okay. We all wanted to save you so we all wanted to see you smile."

"Smiling?" She started pulling he face upwards. "This is silly. I think I forgot how smiling feels." Eri...

Chisaki's shadow is blocking out the light.  It must of been horrible to live with that man. She still remember his words vividly. Eri hasn't been saved. Not completely.

There must be a way I can help her. Oh wait! I think I know!

"Mr. Aizawa" I called out. "Do you think Eri could leave the hospital? Just for one day I mean."

"That's not totally out of the question. But I think we might ha-"

"Then I think I have an idea. We can bring her to the school festival."

"What's the school festival?" Eri asked.

"It's an event the school plans. It's were there will be lots of fun activities and performances. They sell food, and get this. They probably even sell candy apples" Togata explained.

"What's that?" She asked.

"It's when they dip an apple into some crackly sugary stuff. When you take I bite out of it, it's so sweet!" Eri began to drool at that statement.

"All right. I'll talk it over with the principal." Mr. Aizawa said.

"Thank you." I said. "Well Eri, what do you think?"

"I can even hang out with you before the festival since I'm on a break of school right now."

"Like a date?" Eri asked.

"That's when two people who like each other go hang out." Togata said.

"So we're going on a date?" She asked.
