Chapter Fifty Eight

Sonnys P.o.V

Woke up this morning with a killer headache, I turned over on my back and ran my hand down my face as I let my eyes adjust to he light. I sighed and sat up on the side of the bed, I got out of bed and went to shower, I leaned on the edge of the sink and waited for the water to get hot.

After my shower, I got out and wrapped a towel around my waist, I did my morning routine and dried my hair and walked out of the bathroom, a call popped up on my computer screen and I accepted.

"Valentine." I answered

I looked up and seen Amber, she grinned and I chuckled as I rolled my eyes.

"You're needed here." She said with a smirk

"I'm really not feeling it." I said tossing my towel in the hamper

"You don't have much of a choice Sonny." She said shrugging

"I'm the boss of course I have the choice." I said grabbing a pair of boxers

"Sonny, you can stay in your office, just get here." he said rolling her eyes

"Okay, damn." I said grabbing a pair of slacks

She signed off and my computer went back to the home screen, I grabbed one of my shirts out of the drawer and pulled it on, I buttoned it up and fixed the cuffs. I sprayed on my cologne and put my deodorant on before pulling on my blazer, I sat on the foot of the bed and pulled on a pair of shoes. I finished getting dressed and put my Rolex and Silver Aviators on, I walked downstairs, I went in the kitchen and grabbed a bottled water before taking the elevator down to the garage, I stepped out and grabbed the keys to my Audi, I left the building.

I drove over to the office and tossed the Valet the keys, I walked inside the building and took the elevator up to my office, I leaned against the wall and laid my head back as I sighed.

"Morning Mr.Valentine." One of the guys beside me spoke

"Morning." I said nodding my head

"Good seeing you here." He said

"I don't want to be here." I said holding my head

"Hard night?" He asked

"One two many drinks." I said looking over at him

"That's never good." He said with a chuckle

"You're completely right." I said as the elevator stopped, "See you around." I said leaving the elevator

I walked down the hall to my office and shut the door behind me, I closed the blinds and went over to my desk, I grabbed a bottle of Advil and poured two in my hand before putting them away. I washed them down with my water and laid down on the couch opposite of my desk, I exhaled and closed my eyes as I relaxed.

"Mr.Valentine, you have a call on line 2." Jamie said over the intercom

"Got it." I said getting up and grabbing the phone, "Valentine speaking." I answered

"Sonny, how are you?" Rocio said over the phone

"I thought you were someone important, what do you want?" I asked laughing

"Damn, I'm not important now?" He joked

"You are, just not enough for me and this hangover to put up with right now." I said chuckling and taking a seat

"What's happening though cuzzo?" He asked

"Just working, headed back to school in a couple days." I said with a shrug
