Shad's P.O.V

"What are you doing here?" I asked her as I opened da door. "I came to see my cousin" she said. "Cousin?" I asked. "Wait, what are you doing here?" She asked. It was my ex gf before Markita, Kiara. Damn Keeso can't know I fucked wit her cousin. I looked down and she had a Lil boy wit her. "Who this?" I asked and let her in making sure Keeso was still upstairs. "This is my son SJ" she said and picked him up. "Dope, I like your hat" I said to him. "Yea, he gets his style from his daddy" she said. "Where he at anyway?" I asked. Right about now Keeso walked downstairs. "KIARRAAA"she yelled and they gave each other a hug. "Omg SJ is getting sooooo big, too bad his deadbeat ass daddy can't see that" Keeso said. "I see you've met my.......friend " Keeso told Kiara and they both looked at me. "Yea...............3 years ago" Kiara said and whispered da last part. I could hear her but I doubt dat Keeso could. "Gosh, SJ looks just like Shad, u two sure u just met?" Keeso said jokingly. "Haha, yeaaaaa just met " Kiara said and awkwardly laughed. I turned my head and looked around. "Wellllll come on girl, lemme give u a tour" Keeso said and dragged Kiara up da stairs. "Hey buddy, u wanna play football?" I asked SJ. "I wuv football" he said. "Aigh lets go outside. " I said and grabbed his hand. I grabbed the plastic football and we went to the backyard. "U wook wike me" SJ said and started laughin." Yea, we got da same hat too" I said and threw da ball to him. Man this kid looks just like me. We played football for a while until I heard a noise at da door. "Hey" Kiara said and stood there watchin us. "Hi mommy, Sad is pwaying football wiff me" SJ yelled and ran to her. "I thirstwy mommy" he said. "Go in to cousin Kesso and ask her to give u some water" she told him and he ran in. I walked ova to her. "Kiara, Keeso cannot know that we had a thing, aight?" I said to her. "Oh trust me I wouldn't tell her. I see u two have something going on" she said back. "Nah, we ain't together yet, its complicated." I said. "Well actually while we're both here, I might as well tell you." Kiara started. "Tell me wat?" I asked. "Kiara, Shad pizzas here" Keeso yelled to us. "We better get inside" Kiara said and started walkin in. Wonda wat she gotta tell me. We all sat at da table afta we washed our hands. "So how are you two gettin along?" Keeso asked. "Oh she's cool" I said and looked at her and smiled. Kiara was a very sweet girl. U prolly wondering why we broke up then. Well me and Tab went on a school tour when me and her was goin out. She wanted me to follow my dreams and I didn't wanna put her through all dat so we called it quits. Of course I still love her im just not in love wit her. "So Shad, how is Tab?" She asked. "U know Tab?" Keeso asked Kiara. "Ummm yea. U know da whole JGE thing" she said. "Oh yes," Keeso said and rolled her eyes. Wats up wit her? "Soo umm Kiara, wat was u gon tell me?" I asked her. "Oh nothing it can wait" she said. "Wait for what, when I'm not around?" Keeso asked. "What are you talking about?" Kiara asked. "You're obviously interested in Shad right, and you're trying to take him like you did with Terrince" Keeso yelled mad and hit the table. "You know I never took Terrince from you, you ran him away" Kiara yelled back. "Calm down ladies" I said. "Yea, like u ran SJ daddy away?" Keeso said. Kiara looked at her and started cryin softly not makin a sound. Keeso ran upstairs to her room and didn't come back. "Ummm I'm sorry about dat," I said and rubbed her back. "Shad u just don't understand, do u?" She asked me still crying. "Wat are u talkin about?" I asked her. "SJ, Shad, he's your son" she said to me. "Wtf u mean he my son?" I asked not believing this. "Shad, he's 2. We were together 3 years ago, do the math" she said. "Dat don't mean nothing, u could've cheated" I said lookin for excuses but none of then worked. I know she'll Neva do something like dat. "Why u just now tellin me this?" I asked her. "I didn't know where u were, I told everybody I didn't know who the father was so they wouldn't look for u or do something stupid" she said. "That dont change nun Kiara, they'll find out now." I said mad. "Look be glad that I told u" she said. "Oh but u wouldn't have told me if Keeso didn't say nun. U know, I'm starting to think u changed. U not the same girl I knew 3 years ago. This boy is 2, he can't grow up wit out a daddy, and dats some cold ass shit. How could u keep my son from me and say I up and left, deadbeat daddy huh?" I said. " SHAD ENOUGH, DO U UNDERSTAND WHAT I  HAD TO GO THROUGH AND STILL DO?" she started. "I had to provide for my child alone because u left to go on some stupid school tour." She said. "U said u was cool wit it, wats da problem now, I called u errday on that tour and u ain't tell me shit so don't act like its my fault" I said and walked upstairs. "Sad" SJ said. "Pwease don't go, don't yell at my  mommy" he said. I turned at looked at him before shakin my head and leavin. I laid inna bed and just thought about all this shit going on.I gotta tell Tab about dis.

Kiara's P.O.V

I feel bad about what happened. Shad was right. I should've told him but times were rough. My parents didn't even approve of him at the time. So to tell them he got me pregnant, he would've been a dead man walking. I just wanted SJ to have a good life and im pretty sure I gave him just that. But yet again Shad was right. I can't just lie to him and tell him that his dad doesn't care about him because of personal issues. I think its time for me to tell Sj before its too late. "SJ?" I said. "Yesh mommy" he said and wobbled to me. It was so cute how he  walked like a little penguin. I lifted him up and sat him on my lap. "Baby I gotta tell u something ok?" I said. "Yesh" he said lookin at me. "Shad is your daddy" I told him and he shook his head. " No dwaddy wan away" he said. "Oh so now you're being a hoe" I heard from the staircase. Keeso came running down. "So u lied to us, huh?" Keeso said. "Shad is his daddy?" She asked. "Look its none of your business who his daddy is" I said to her. "What a hoe, I just knew u were up to something when u first came. Is that what u two were talking about at the door, outside, EVERYWHERE?" She whisper yelled. "Look its over, u can have your bf and live a good life. We broke up for a reason, I don't want him, he just needs to be in his son's life" I told her . "SHAD!" Keeso yelled and we heard foot steps coming down the stairs. "Wssp?" He asked. "Why tf didn't u tell me u fucked my cousin and got her pregnant?" She asked him. "Look man, I just found out myself, don't be on my case wit that, we ain't even together" he told her. Ha bitch seems like a creep. Idk why she's so worried about him, he seems to not care about her. "Me or her?" Keeso asked him. "Wat are u talkin bout?" He asked her. "Its either me or her"she said.
