imagine: you come home to have a serious talk with felix, but you find him a little more occupied.
y/n's pov
you're on your way home, gripping the steering wheel to let out your anger before you see felix. he was going to get a shock when he found out what you knew - how could he do something like that without talking to you about it first?
you lock your car, clicking your heels to the door before yelling out his name as you walked in. "felix!"
the door closes behind you and you're greeted by your three year old daughter in a pink fairy costume. you can't help but grin at how happy she looks as she comes running to you with open arms. she reaches out to be picked up, you lift her into your arms and she happily giggles at the sight of you. you kiss her cheek, pulling her in for a tight embrace before allowing her to run around the room again.
"love, where's daddy?" you put your bag down, raising a brow and pausing once you see felix run out in a very similar fairy costume. this one, however, is purple.
"how was work?" he carries your little girl onto his shoulders, jumping over to kiss you.
"we need to have a serious conversation," you raise a brow at him, "now."
"daddy, i can fly on my own!" she pats felix's head to be let down, jumping around the room by herself with her wings attached to her back.
"good job, princess!" he praises her before you drag him out, pulling a piece of paper from your pocket. he gulps, knowing exactly what you're about to say. "honey, i can explain-"
"how did you spend 3,000 in one day?!" you growled at him, scrunching the paper in your hand and throwing it to the floor. you made sure to lower your voice so your daughter wouldn't hear you. "we're not made of money, felix!"
he took your hand and held it in front of you, "i make plenty of money to be able to spoil my daughter. besides, it's only one kid," he shrugs.
"you spent all of that on just her?!"
he smiles and flutters his matching wings.
"i'm all for spoiling her, but you can't keep spending that much everyday! weren't you supposed to be at work today?"
"i got the day off," he jumped at your little girl running between his legs, grabbing at him to pull herself up.
"you can't expect to take days off and still spend this much. please just think about how much you're spending, okay?" you sigh with frustration. obviously you're pissed at him, but you felt uncomfortable arguing in front of your three year old.
felix gulps, knowing he's in trouble with you later.
he leans down to your daughter, "baby, can fairies disappear?"
"no, daddy," she shakes her head.
he keeps eye contact with you the entire time, refusing to look away from your gaze. "well, daddy needs to fly away before he gets slapped, so..."
within seconds, felix skids across the floor with your daughter still in his arms as they continue to play.
you give in and just allow him to have fun for the next few hours before she sleeps. but as soon as her head hits that pillow, he's getting his ass whooped.
