19: Learn Something New

Sun was breaking when all the supply crates we're ready, "don't forget which crate of supplies goes to which camp," Lord Hokage comments as I seal away the crates and mark the scrolls with a signma so I can tell them apart.

Lord Third nods, "alright then get going." Shisui and I were to travel to each Leaf camp to distribute the supplies but his main mission was to get to the front lines as fast as possible, they probably don't fully trust I can handle myself.

It takes three days to reach the first camp and within eight more days we leave supplies at all four camps.

The last camp was a medical camp since I wasn't actually apart of Shisui's mission I ask to stay at the medic station so I could be trained while I get assigned to a unit. They were understaffed and willing to take any help, despite me having no knowledge of medical ninjutsu, the Hokage approved.

I spent the next six months at different medical camps, going where the medics are needed, I ran into Minato and Kushina a few times. They were glad to see me and we caught up while they we were in the same place.

Medical Ninja Kushimino was my medical teacher, her left hand was badly injured and she lost her right arm so she taught me everything first hand. I learned quickly and did everything I was told. She said I had the chakra control it takes to be a medical ninja and most importantly the composer to be a medic.

She was apart of the last injured group to return to the village, I now anwser to an equally strict Medic Kita Naki, she teaches me the advance medical training when we aren't swamp with war victims.

"Sami-sama, we have more incoming!" I call out as I usher the injured from the entrance of the camp.

"Tag them before sending them to the tents corresponding to their tag. Kio go join her." I go through the injured and quickly evaluate and tag.

I work from major injuries to minor ones, it was almost sun down when we get to everyone.

"Uzumaki!" I look up we I see Naki walking in.

"Pack up, we're moving to the north," I nod and ask when.

"In an hour," I nod and ask if that's enough time for the escort ninjas to arrive.

"No one's coming to escort us the escort unit was ambushed, we must go to them, so hurry up we need to leave while the cost is clear," I nod and rush to get my tent cleaned out so I can pack it away.

Within fourth five minutes the camp was gone and the medical staff of twenty was ready to move out.

We start moving at a fast pace hoping to get out of the danger zones as quickly as possible.

"We still clear Yuki?" Naki asks me from the front and I tell her yes.

I was at the end of the group formation, "then let's keep the fast pace," we were the front line medics, getting killed isn't an option.

"Naki we've been spotted by a group of cloud ninjas, they're approaching fast from behind. They're splitting up, they want to surround us," we keep moving.

"We have to lose them," I tell her that's not possible there on us. We stop when the Cloud ninjas block our path.

"Medical ninjas die, the rest follow," he lunges only to get meet by my Scorch ball, he quickly dies.

"Anyone else?" I ask as the rest hide in the trees.

Weapons go flying, "get down!" Nika screams as they duck, I raise my hands and send them a back.

Once there was no Cloud Ninjas chakra signatures left I tell then we're clear, "oh there's Leaf ninjas approaching," they get up and look at me.

"I was an active Shinobi in the war before I started training as a medical ninja," I comment.
