A month after we move in Shiori and Inori invite everyone we know over for a house warming party.

Because none of us have confidence in Shiori's and Inori's cooking skills and I was to make it back from a mission that same day, so I didn't feel like cooking, so we order take out.

"I can not believe we have our own place! What did Kakashi say when you told him you were moving out of his place?" Inori asks as we look at are fully furnished apartment

"He was just glad to have his bed back." I yawn as I lay down on the sofa.

"Come one Yuki. Help with the set up in the kitchen."

I look at Shiori, "what set up? All your doing is taking the food out of it's containers." I return her pointed look.

A knock on the door stops our bickering before it starts. "Come on in you guys!" Shisui, Ryo and Simi walk in.

"Wow it's a nice apartment." I smile as I lay back down.

Maybe I'll get the peace I desperately wanted after all. I join the others at the table as we sit to eat.

After dinner I head to the balcony and look at the sky.

"I'm glad you're feeling better Yuki." I look at him.

"Don't you mean feeling period? I've spent all this time numb. I'd forgotten how it feels to want to live. If only I could get Kakashi out of his own personal hell." I look away and stare at the village.

"You can't take everything on all at once Yuki." Shisui looks at me.

"Kakashi's not everything but he is important to me and I want him to feel this calming peace I feel. I know how he's feeling, and how empty and hollow it feels. I want to help him like everyone here has helped me." He smiles at me.

"Besides how can I say I want to find and save my clan when I can't even save the clan I have here." He smiles at me and squeezes my hand.

"Sometimes all it takes is being there."

"Speaking of being there for people, how's your little sister?" A month after the Nine Tails attack Shisui's mother found out she was six week pregnant. She gave birth to a healthy baby girl seven months later. I think Shisui and his sister Kyoko are what keep his mom going.

"She's doing well, ever since she learned to walk she goes all over the place. My mom had to put baby fences everywhere so Kyoko wouldn't escape without her noticing." I smile amused.

"Your sister is adorable." Shisui smiles and agrees with me.

"Hey you two come on! We're serving the cake." Shisui and I head back inside.

It was sometime after midnight when we call it quits. I return to my room after we clean up and finish setting up my room.

I pull out a scroll and unseal all the paperwork I have on Uzumaki sightings. There was a small nook between the wardrobe and the exterior wall so I turn it into my wall of information. I pin up all the things I have of Uzumaki's. I'm hoping I'll find clan mates alive somewhere, at the center of the wall was the canyon, I wasn't done searching that place.

Earlier this year I went to the Hokage for permission to bring any Uzumaki I find to the Leaf. He agreed to let me but they'd have to evaluated to make sure they aren't a threat to the Leaf. My desire to find Uzumaki members alive was fueled by his decision.

Sadly though every lead I get winds up a dead end. I always retrace my steps and keep notes on the locations a red hair, blue eyed person is seen.

"Yuki- what is that?" Inori asks as she sees my wall, I explain it to her as I sit down on the bed.
