We reach a large opening on the ground, "there's water at the bottom, but there is patches of land." Koga comments.

Shisui speaks up, "then we rest down there." I jump into the abyss under the cliff side before the others. I raise a large piece of ground before signaling the others to come down.

"This way our fire won't be seen." Eiji, Shisui and Koga had to pick up a five-member team before moving on to the next camp where we would leave them, there would pick up a three man team that would help Minato decipher the scrolls we had from the Stone Village. Once this is done with maybe we can get a peace treaty signed, it be nice to go home and sleep in a real bed.

I sigh as I sit down and rest against a large boulder. "I hope so, this war has gone on too long." I mutter as Eiji makes a fire.

"Hey wait." I pull out scrolls until I find the one I want.

"Release." Food fills the top of the scroll. "I forgot I didn't eat all the food I bought when I was training. "Anybody want a ramen cup?" I ask them.

"How do we heat up-" I raise a teapot. I set up a metal rods over the fire and let the pot hang above the flame for a few seconds. We use water from a small stream near us.

I take a nap with one of the other ninjas taking point. I wake up when I sense incoming ninjas. "From above." Koga gets up first.

I cover the camp with a dome as Koga stands above the dome, "Wind Style: Wind Cutter!" I join him when he blows the humans away.

I look up and I see the paper bombs. "Koga get down!" I push him down and raise my hand.

"All Might Push!" I shove the avalanche and paper bombs explosions back up as far as possible.

"Enemies to the west and east." Koga and I get inside the dorm and I stand in the center and they circle around me in crouch positions.

"Ready?" I ask and they reply ready. I keep the dome before moving up.

"Earth Style: Monumental Earth Movement." I raise us to the top.

"All mighty push." I throw the dome at them.

"Spread out!" Shisui yells and we take as many enemies down as quickly as possible.

"Let's get moving, it's best if we don't stay in one place for too long." I nod after we throw the bodies over.

We make our way to the camp that night, and by the next days evening we were hot on Minato's trail.

We quickly catch up to Minato and his unit, "is this why you needed me? I thought you were in serious trouble?" He smiles as I stare at the mist.

"The Third thought it was time to call you back to the front lines."

I ask him what are we going here? "We need to get across the clearing, I'm waiting for the unit that's suppose to take half my team, before crossing."

Shisui looks at him, "we can take care of clearing the way if you like Minato-sama." I nod at Minato, he sighs and tells us to go ahead.

I rush in with Shisui and Koga and we quickly take down the Mist nijas hiding in the mist. Once we get everyone we return to Minato.

"Kakashi!" He looks at me and nods, "okay we can go now." Aside from the three tagging along with Eiji, Kakashi and three others made the whole group.

Koga and I clear the mist before Minato lets Kakashi take the lead and he walks back with me. He smiles at me, "I know I wasn't there to help you train recently but I'd still like to take some credit for the amazing ninja you've become."

I look at him, "you should, you're the one who helped me find my Shinobi way. I'm the ninja I am today because of you. And Kushina." His smile widens as I sense ninjas approaching.

"Incoming. From the east and west." Minato nods and throws his Kunai's.

"Earth style: Earthquake." I uproot the ground on the westside disrupting their concealment Jutsu. One survives and he rushes forward, I dodge his attack, "damn brat. I'll catch you." His voice sends chills down my spine.

"'Found it.'" His voice resurfaces the memories of the day my village was destroyed. The same voice who chased me down the street. "Yuki snap out of it!" Eiji pulls me out of the way. I look at the mist ninja in front of me.

I stop Eiji from attacking him, "he's mine," I release the seal on my eyes and I walk up to him.

"I want to know, something," I use the chakra chains to keep him in place, so I can approach him.

The mist ninjas Kunai pierces my shoulder. I turn around, "I want to know what was going through your mind when you helped kill my clan." I grab onto his arm as anger fills me.

"I want to know." I grab onto him and I fall into his memories.
