This was a really fucking bad idea.

I pull up outside the address Fez had texted me. Even though he texted me a few times that day but he wasn't much for big long messages so I hoped he wouldn't ghost me when I went inside.

The house was nice, and I could see a crowd of people my age parking up and heading there too. The music was so laugh it could be heard playing from down the street.

My stomach was churning with nerves as I drank some mixed vodka and coke in a bottle I brought with me.

I got out of the car and yanked down my dress, it was short, black and sexy. I love doing my makeup so I had focused my time on that and put less effort into styling my long dark hair knowing it wouldn't hold curls for long at a sweaty house party.

I try to be confident as I walk up the drive getting a few looks from some of the guys who were gathered outside which I ignored. Pigs.

I made my way into the house saw it was literally packed with people. The music was good but I didn't feel comfortable enough to dance knowing literally nobody here.

Looking around, I don't see Fez anywhere.

People were dancing, getting high, making out all over the place. It would be a fun party if I actually knew anyone.

Why the fuck did I come here?

The vodka and coke was long gone so I grabbed an unopened beer, cracking the cap off against the edge of the counter top. I don't know what I was expecting as I glance around again, and finding no familiar faces. That's why I came to this town in the first place.

Suddenly I feel a hand on my lower back. Turning around to see some guy in a football Jersey smirking down at me. He reeked of cheap body spray. "Sup baby? Do I know you?"

My brow arch arches, and I turn away from his hand that was sliding down further.

"Clearly you fucking don't."

He tried to block me in against the counter but I make a break for the patio door.

Instantly glad to be outside I take a calming breath, filling my lungs with cold night air.

I lean my hands over the railing and sip the beer, feeling like an idiot. A pit of dread in my stomach as negative thought start to take over. What if I never fit in anywhere I go. Never belong.

"Sup ma, I been lookin for you." The only familiar voice I know says from behind me.

Fez sits down on a chair beside you, lighting a blunt. His legs are wide apart, and his eyes look me up and down as he takes a drag.

"Well here I am." I can't help but sound a little defeated.

Instead of saying anything, he reaches his hand up and taps me on the arm offering the joint.

Fucking gladly.

"Thanks." I smile down at him gratefully take a long drag, inhaling until my lungs tingle before letting out the smoke slowly between my lips. He watched the whole time.

"Fuck I needed this." I take another quick pull before passing it back. "That's good shit."

The glass door slides open revealing a pretty blonde girl with great tits. "Hey Fezco."

"Sup Cassie." He says cool as a cucumber.

"Do you have any molly left?" She looks over in my direction giving a nervous little smile. I smile back, the weed already making me more relaxed around people.
