Drunk

Just before I could say anything tre yelled out, "yea you better of got it wrong, cuz no. I'm not dealing with any more loss. Not that! Come on Thea be real,"

"What's that saying? Light travels faster than sound...,"avi began with a smile, Thea interrupted him and continued the quote, This is why people seem bright until they speak...yea yea"

Thea closed the book, halfway finished. No one got to see how things would end up. I didn't mind, and neither did anyone else honestly. Avi stared at Tre for a minute with a questionable look, twisting his hair.

"Tre there isn't getting it wrong, this is your fate," Avi promised.

"When one door closes, another opens. Or... you can open the closed door, which is what I would much rather do. Open the door to a normal town, no one magical. No one disappears tomorrow," Tre said getting off of the mattress, he abruptly headed downstairs where Capri was.

Next, the music began to play, and I think everyone knew what was going to happen next. All three of us got up and walked downstairs into the kitchen. Avi sighed walking into the room and Capri and Tre were laughing at the table with a bottle of patron sitting in front of both of them. Capri had already appeared a little buzzed, but tre was just getting started.

He took a shot quickly and handed the bottle to me. I downed 3 shots, then passed the bottle over to thea and she took the tiniest sip, then passed the bottle over to Avi. The next thing I knew I was downing another 2 shots, it's like every time I looked down I had the bottle. I drank so much I could barely see who I was handing the bottle to. The music sounded like background noise, and my thoughts seemed to get extra loud.

I heard thea start calling for me but I could hardly even see to walk. My mouth felt watery, I gushed leftover pizza all over the floor. My whole body felt cold, and I fell to the floor shaking. My stomach was tied into knots, and everyone circled around me trying to help me to my feet. I just couldn't do it, sitting up made the world rock side to side.

Thea stuck her hands in the vomit and started screaming immediately. Tre chased her as she ran out of the house, rolling around in the grass like a little chihuahua. I guess I'm not the only one gone off the patron.

"Keaton! Get the fuck up bro! This is sick. Get off the dirty nasty floor," Capri yelled out forcing me to my feet and throwing me into the shower with my clothes on.

He turned on the faucet, cold water first. The freezing cold dripples were enough to get me to be alert. By the time he got the water warmed up, I had my shirt off. Capri left the room and let me undress, and brought back clean clothes 2 minutes after I closed the shower curtain.

I sat under the steaming hot water for 15 minutes, then Thea walked in giggling. I heard her lock the door and called out," uh, you know I'm in here right,"

Thea grabbed the edge of the curtain and slid it open, and I covered myself with my hands. She must be crazy! Didn't everyone else know where she was? She looked me up and down, and she was completely undressed. She slid her foot into the bathtub and smiled," Do you know I'm in here?"

My heart started beating fast, and I wasn't sure on how I would even respond, but before I had a chance to think about it she came close to me and kissed me. It felt amazing, so I kissed her back, again and again. I ran my hands through her halfway-soaked hair and paused for a moment. I looked at her smile one last time and turned her around.

I put my hands on her shoulders and started to massage them. She relaxed, moving her neck side to side feeling less tense letting the water drop right off her soft sweet skin. I leaned in close and kissed her neck, then pulled her waist closer to mine.

I ran my finger down her back and squeezed onto her tanned thighs. She moaned and quickly turned back around grabbing all on me, kissing me intensely.

I could kiss her all day, I've never felt lips as soft as hers. I grabbed her face and pulled it closer to me, and she slipped her tongue in my mouth. She jumped on top of me, so I turned around pressing her against the shower wall.

Water squirted into my nose, and into Thea's face, so I sat her down realizing that wasn't going to work out.

"Are you just drunk, or do you like me? I don't want you to feel wrong after this," I whispered into Thea's ear.

" I have seen the way you look at me. I would have to be blind not to realize how you feel, this is how I feel, I want you," Anthesa whispered back with her lips touching my neck. I felt the warmth of her breath with every word she spoke, she was irresistible. This moment was once in a lifetime, I finally get the girl of my dreams.

"I didn't want this to be a one-night thing," I replied and she started kissing my neck. I couldn't help myself from feeling her body up and down. The more I felt, the more she moaned. I could tell she was getting impatient, but I was nervous she would stop talking to me afterward. I won't be able to come back from that kind of thing.

I squeezed her ass quickly and said, "Thea I can't, we both drank tonight. I wanna make sure this Is what you want sober."

I then turned off the water, and we both got dressed. When we came out Tre walked out of the kitchen, so he definitely noticed I didn't come out alone, but he just walked past us without saying a word.

"Hey guys, I think I'm gonna walk home tonight. I'll see you tomorrow morning," I yelled to everyone.

Thea grabbed onto my hand letting me know she didn't want me to leave her, so I gave her a quick hug and told her she could come to watch a movie with me and I would order pizza walking back home so we wouldn't have to wait.

Avi came from out of the garage, so I went into the kitchen to tell him bye one last time. He stood looking into the fridge with a blunt in his mouth. I yelled out," Hey! I'm leaving bro, see you tomorrow,"

Avi turned around noticing thea's wet hair and smiled, "awe alright, see you're feeling better. Y'all have some fun then."

He turned back around and grabbed some hot Cheetos, and went into the garage letting out a puff of smoke. Thea grabbed her bag with the books inside, and after we both walked out the front door.

Luckily it was warm tonight, so it didn't matter whether or not my hair was wet or dry. I wrapped my arm around Thea and grabbed my phone so I could order us a large cheese pizza, and some hot wings. Then spend the next 20 minutes walking back to my house in an awkward silence.

We walked in the door, and about five minutes later the pizza guy started knocking on the door with our order, and I creaked the door open exchanging 20$ for my order. Then carried the steaming hot food into my room, filling the whole house with the smell of marinara and hot sauce.

Thea went through my dresser, and grabbed an old white tee shirt I had from high school, she again got undressed putting the white tee on alone, then crawled into my bed underneath all my blankets.

I sat next to her, opened the box of wings, and grabbed one out.  The sticky, spicy, messy hot sauce covered my lips making them tingle slightly. Thea grabbed a piece of pizza and started eating, but the silence creeped me out too much.

I grabbed the remote and turned on a movie, and laid back into my bed getting more comfortable. Thea put her leftover pizza crust into the box, then moved the box off my bed onto the side table.
I pulled her closer to me, and she rested her head against my chest and I watched as she fell asleep.

Was everything finally falling into place? This is something I could only dream for, a moment I never wanted to end. She was so special and I wanted to show her in every possible way how perfect she was to me. I started tracing the freckles in her skin, creating constellations mesmerizing myself to sleep.
