48: I Can't Go On Like This

Izumi's POV:

I looked to my right hand side and saw Kacchan coughing blood out. I was shocked. I ran to him but he was already unconscious.

"This is all my fault! What was I thinking?!" I cried and cried. That's when I heard a low bark.

It was Liam. He walked on all fours to Kacchan. He licked his wounds as they disappeared slowly.

"I... thank you," I smiled but Liam didn't dare to look at me. Liam nudged Kacchan.

Liam touched Kacchan with his paw and Kacchan started levitating above the ground with a Cinderella blue surrounding him.

It made it clear to me. It was all my fault. Okāsan, Kacchan and innocent people were hurt.

I looked around at the mess made. I'm glad Otōsan wasn't here. If he was, many people would have been dead.

But I don't get why he says that I'm so naive and gullible. He's saying that I should probably listen to Kacchan.

But Kacchan was the one who got another girl pregnant! She even has a certificate! And Otōsan just says it's maybe fake.

Everything for him is maybe and probably! Nothing accurate! I'm tried of the way Kacchan thinks about me.

And I was right! Kacchan is just a fuck boy! He only loved me for my body! I wish I never met him.

(2 weeks later)

Katsuki's POV:

I woke up in a bed. I looked around and saw Liam. He was sleeping peacefully.

He must have took me here. But why do I smell like dog? I smelt myself and realised that Liam licked me.

And to my surprise, he only liked the wounds on my body. Did he have some sort of healing powers?

I went to the bathroom and immediately knew that I was in my room.

I had a long shower to clear my thoughts and got dressed in a black and orange hoodie.

With some black boots and trousers. I opened the door. Liam sprang up from his bed and ran to the door.

I rolled my eyes and walked out closing the door behind me. I went through the security and I went to the shops.

The house needed some food. We went into the groceries section as we got weird looks.

I tried my best to ignore them but each time I didn't people would walk up to me, seeing if they can recognize me.

However, I keep walking away from them. Good thing I put my hood up. I'm glad Liam has powers. He's invisible right now so we wouldn't be spotted.

This is the 2nd time I've been on the news. And not for good things. I saw my 'friends' at the diner eating food like cows.

I went back into the grocery store because I think I saw some spices there. And there was, there was a lot off hot sauce and cooking spices.

I grabbed a fe- well... a lot and bought them all and decided I would make spaghetti.

I was on my way out when I saw my 'friends' come out from the diner, laughing. I looked at them closely and saw Pink Cheeks!

If she sees me she'll call my name out them everyone will see me. I quickly got out the store.

That's when Pink Cheeks called my name out. "KITTY~!" -How did she know I was here?!- people started to surround me.

People started pushing me, shouting at me. Saying I was a horrible person. Liam came out from his invisibility shield and barked at anyone that would come near me.

People started screaming and ran away as the crowd became shorter. Pink Cheeks hugged me from behind.

But this time I just gave in. After all, I lost my girlfriend and my son. I could do with a hug.

She was smiling. I didn't smile but I just let it happen. I felt tears stream down my cheeks as I silently cried.

-I'm sorry Izumi but you said it for yourself. We are no longer to together,- I wiped my tears and took Pink Cheeks hand.

The crowd around me gasped. I took her hands off me. Everyone started groaning, complaining about what I did.

I continued to walk out, ignoring the glares I got. I just wanted to be by myself without any drama.

It's best for me to go to another country. Things have to change. I'm not gonna continue on like this.
