"GUYS!?" Shouted Eunwoo with a smile on his face. "Do I look like someone's boyfriend now?"

Jinjin and MJ glanced at each other, then at Bin, whose tears were accumulating in his eyes and surrounding became less clear. A loud "NOOOO WAY!" sounded from Sanha and Minhyuk's mouths.

Now, when two maknaes and Eunwoo were excited and shouted out loud, Bin turned 180 degrees to the staircase and went to his room. The leader went there a minute later, knocked at the door, and tried to turn the handle when heard nothing. The door was locked. He got worried.

"Bin, are you okay?" It was hard to hear if anybody responded since the loud trio was still shouting.

"Bin, I'm worried, open the door, please." Nobody responded again. Jinwoo was about to knock on the door with his fist but heard something.

"Bin? It was you? Knock on the door twice if you're okay."

Bin knocked. And when Eunwoo, Rocky, and Sanha weren't that loud, Jinjin heard a muffled whimper from the other side. He felt pain in his chest. He had never experienced such pain himself but he could imagine how bad it was.

At night, around 3 a.m., when everyone was sleeping, Bin got up and dressed in more or less warm clothes. Quietly that Eunwoo wouldn't wake up, he went to the backyard. The weather was nice, not that cold, no snow... He sat down on the bench with his hands in his pockets. Bin stared at the steam from his hot breath, then shifted his gaze to the moon. Although he was tired, he couldn't sleep well that night. A big pile of thoughts was bothering him. What should he do now? He said to the hyungs he wanted Eunwoo happy even if he was with somebody else. And it was true, but he wasn't ready for it to be much more painful than he expected.

A short pastime outside made him a bit sleepy. He got back to the room as quietly as he left it 30 minutes ago.

You know, Bin knew it'd turn out like that, it's obvious. Bin gave advice, helped his friend with it, even without it Eunwoo would date Mina anyway. He saw the girl at school, and after their graduation, he saw her only once, that time on the street, when all of them headed home. To be honest, she didn't have any prominent facial features, she seemed ordinary, but there was something catchy about her. Maybe not external beauty, but intelligence. Bin couldn't say anything else except that Mina was beautiful and smart, he didn't know her very well. But he could tell, she was Eunwoo's type.

"Eunwoo, are you okay?" A soft, sleepy voice rose the boy from his thoughts and made him look up from the screen and turn his head in Bin's bed direction.

"Yeah. Why?"

"The morning doesn't seem good to you."

"It's nothing."

Bin said nothing, he started pulling off the blanket, revealing the clothes he slept in but was interrupted by Eunwoo's sudden question.

"Why do you hate your birthday?"

Bin froze for one second and then headed to the bathroom again. Until... until he was stopped by Eunwoo who took the younger man's elbow.

"I'm your best friend."

"It doesn't mean I want to talk about it."

"Why not?"

"You know, everyone was born... people are different. Some of them can't accept something in themselves."

"Why are you saying this?"

"It's why I hate my birthday. And take your hand off me or I..."

He's too close. I want to kiss him. - Bin thought.
