"How was your day?"
"I thought we-"
"I know what we wanted to talk about but let me start with this question."
"Oh... uh... sure. It wasn't that great because I kept thinking of you and texting-"
"Please, don't mention me. How was your day?"
"Bin, you're scaring me right now." To this phrase, Bin only scoffed and smiled without breaking eye contact.
"It's just a question."
"I understand but-" Bin twitched his eyebrows and Eunwoo understood that it was better for him to just answer the question without unnecessary words. "My day was nice. One photoshoot, then lunch, and then another photoshoot before going to the studio."
"You don't even understand how happy I am to hear it." The voice of Bin was so soothing and if it'd possible to feel it, it'd be a soft touch of a feather on Eunwoo's cheeks that now started blushing.
"So... Did you make a decision? Should we take a break or should we... break up? Or should we continue dating?" The last phrase Eunwoo said with hope and cheeriness in his voice.
"It might be so fast again but... ugh..." Bin took a breath and let out a quiet sigh. "But I love you and I keep accepting your apologies no matter what."
"I love you too."
Bin scoffed.
"Hey! Why are you laughing? I'm being serious."
The younger shook his head and replied nothing.
"Oh and, by the way, last time I told you this, it was the day when you cried. Why did you start crying?"
Moonbin looked at his boyfriend and remembered how he said that he didn't feel loved. And he also said that Eunwoo wouldn't understand. He was right. Eunwoo didn't understand. He didn't understand that Bin said the truth.
"I told you once."
"What did you tell me?"
"Doesn't matter."
"But now I want to know!"
"Stop raising your voice."
"Then tell me!"
"You said you loved me."
"So?"
"It's not what you usually say." Bin scoffed in pain. "Maybe you've told those words like... five times or so since the beginning of our relationship."
"Almost one year and a half..."
"... and a half, yeah," continued Bin at the same time as Eunwoo said that.
"I'm a terrible boyfriend."
"You can't be perfect in everything."
"But you're the person I like. How can I be such a bad person with someone I like?"
"When we spend more time together with those we cherish, we begin to take it for granted. We think that this is how it should be, and it will not disappear. But there are always losses, and we realize it only when it's late."
"Please, don't tell me you're breaking up with me. Am I late?"
"You aren't. I told you that I forgive you no matter what... and that's my biggest weakness."
'-'
"Hey!"
Bin nodded in response to his boyfriend as he was reading a book.
"I'm so sleepy, I'll go upstairs, okay?" Asked Eunwoo as he came up to Bin from behind and wrapped his arms around the boy, and then pecked him on the cheek.
"What did you do today?"
"Well... you know... was here and there for the photoshoots."
"Did you eat your dinner?"
"Yeah, went to the cafe."
"Mhm."
"Everyone's sleeping?"
"Minhyuk said he might come late. Have you seen him today?
"Umm... no. But maybe in the morning..."
"Mhm," Bin replied once again. "Go and get some sleep now."
As soon as the door on the second floor slammed, Bin closed the book with a loud bang because Eunwoo lied to him. After practice, in the evening, when Bin headed to the car, he saw Eunwoo and Rocky sitting together in the cafe on the opposite side of the road. It was probably nothing. Although the fact that Minhyuk and Dongmin had different schedules and then they turned out to be having a meal together confused Bin.
The door slammed. It was Rocky who came home.
"Hey. Why aren't you sleeping?"
"Was waiting for you."
"Why?" Asked the younger one, who was taking off the jacket.
"You said you'd come late, wanted to make sure you'd come safely."
"How nice of you, hyung. I'm here, so you can go to bed."
"Yeah, yeah... want to eat?"
"Nah, I had dinner with Eunwoo hyung."
"Ah... really?"
"Yeah. So I'm still full. I'll go to bed. Good night, hyung, don't stay here for too long."
"Sure."
Now Bin was only bothered with thinking about why Eunwoo lied to him. Maybe he was hiding something from him. He tried to throw this thought away and, putting down the book, went into the room.
"Are you sleeping?"
"No..."
"Then help me to fall asleep," said Bin as he lay down and was facing his boyfriend. "I want to kiss you."
"So sudd-" Without waiting for the guy to finish the sentence, Bin put his hand on Eunwoo's cheek and quickly pressed his lips to his boyfriend's. He kissed him greedily, but his eyebrows began to frown from the appearance of thoughts in his head. He understood that this kiss was needed to convince himself that Eunwoo would reciprocate, that he still loves him.
"Tell me the truth," whispered Binnie as soon as he pulled away from the guy, leaning his forehead against Eunwoo's and wrapping his arm around his boyfriend's neck.
"What?"
"Tell me the truth about today."
