So it was said that Nex was buried under her favorite tree, halfway between Rivendale and Erebor, her to homes. Though it was not mentioned that Elrond then looked into Nex's future, and what he saw was very much a shock.

Now of course Elrond wouldn't have said what he saw. When it was time for Nex to be buried Elrond had it be done to gather some of her things from Erebor and bring it back to Rivendale and also had it seen to that her body was swapped so she could be brought back to Rivendale to be kept watch of under elves.

Now you might be thinking.. well what was Lord Elrond's vision? What did he see in Nex's future? Well, dear reader, that is what will be discussed.. have fun reading.

Arwen has been the one watching over Nex the past several years. Always checking in, looking for any sign she would wake. At one point in Nex's rest she started to break out into sweats, a good sign showing she would come awake again.

Though the reasons for the sweats is a rather.. unfamiliar thing. You see, there's a prophecy, in which Lord Elrond envisioned, that the last Dragon Lord born into Middle Earth would obtain the souls of all the dragons who have died over the course of their life, and when the souls have been obtained the Dragon Lord would be brought back to life.

So when Nex's body started breaking out into sweats, which got worse over time, that was her body taking in all of the dragon souls.

Elrond had a guest and the two were not far from Nex's quarters. "Gandalf do you know of this prophecy?"

Gandalf nodded nightly, "I do yes. Though it was said to be just a story since there hasn't been a Dragon Lord well.." he looked off in the direction of Nex's room. He then sighed and turned back to Elrond who seemed quite worried despite his resting face. "How is she?"

"She seems to be doing as best as we hoped. We're not sure when she's going wake but it shouldn't be long." Gandalf nodded in understanding to Elrond's words, which then at the moment Arwen came running down towards the two. "Arwen, what is it?" Elrond rested both of his hands on Arwen's shoulders and looked at her worryingly.

"She's awake.." Arwen said softly as she switched her gaze between Elrond and Gandalf. The three hurried back into Nex's room to find her breathing heavily and her eyes wide open.

"Nex," Gandalf rushed over and sat by her side. She was looking widely up at the ceiling and her eyes were a completely different color.

"Gandalf what's wrong with her?" Arwen stepped forward and stood by the bed.

"She seems to be in some sort of trance.." Gandalfs voice was low as he looked at her. He then lifted his hand and hovered it above Nex's face, his eyes then shutting as whispered some words that sounded elvish but was still hard to understand.

At that moment Nex jolted up as if she had just awoken from a terrible nightmare. Her hands widely went over her body, the last thing remembers is being stabbed so of course her panic was reasonable.

Arwen softly placed a hand on Nex's shoulder which caused her to pause and look up. "Arwen?" her gazed shifted to person sitting on the bed, "Gandalf?" she then noticed Elrond over near the entrance and then looked between three, confused and wide eyed. "How long was I gone?"
