Back in the computer, Serenity was laying in her living room while Sora mended some of her wounds. They heard teleportation and Serenity looked out the window. She saw an enderman and didn't think too much of it.
"Hm, ender-" She stopped and grunted as Sora tightened a bandage around her thigh "Endermen're walking around. Kinda weird, but I guess they have full right to be here." She sat up and walked, well limped, towards the window "Wonder what they're doing."
"Hm... hey're probably just here for food or something. That's what they tend to do," Sora replied as she walked over to her daughter "Wonder where those three are come to think of it. That Prokaz kid told you to come back, but they're still gone." Sora looked out the window as well, letting Serenity lean against her.
"Yeah... yeah he did." Serenity stopped to think "And... no, they didn't." They saw the group of endermen walking toward the old windmill, then they noticed they had torches "What the..." Suddenly, one of the endermen held the torch up to the spinning blades and spun it "What the hell!?" Serenity limped as quickly as she could as she could to the door.
"Seri! What are you doing?" Sora exclaimed as she went after her daughter.
Serenity used her non injured shoulder to break the door down, then she looked out at the flaming wreck the used to be a windmill. The spinning of the blades had caused sparks to fly everywhere. The houses that were mostly made of stone or anything else were almost completely fine, but the wooden houses were the ones who burned quickly. When the fires spread to the grass on the ground, the real chaos erupted.
People ran from their homes, more endermen with torches teleported into the village. Serenity tried to help people, but she was in too much pain to move too much too quickly. Serenity knew she couldn't save them all, but she had to try. She ran into the windmill, stumbling the entire way, because she knew at least one person was inside. She used her pyromancy to blow the door down and ran into the wooden building. She found three people in there, a man, woman, and who she assumed to be their child. She grabbed the child's hand and led her out of the house while the parents, again assumed, followed her. When the four were outside, Serenity let the child go to her parents. She ran towards her father and jumped into his arm, crying as he held her.
"Alright, that's one family down," She told herself, "Now I've got to..." She turned around and saw not only fire but monsters were now attacking her home "What the hell is happening?" She muttered before falling to her knees "I... I have to..." She tried to get back up, but her injuries were finally getting to her "I..." She fell onto her shoulder, passing out.
People ran from their homes, the wall around the village that was meant to keep them safe was actually just kept them in with their aggressors. Endermen teleported after people as they ran, playing with their prey before they actually attacked. When they did, they would either punch through their chests, or break their necks with their insane strength. Someone else ran out of a house right before a creeper blew him up. The ender dragons were flying through the air above the village. As people ran, it burnt them all to ashes before they could even think about what was happening.
"Oh... oh my god..." Sora put her hand over her mouth 'Why... why are the Endrians attacking us. They were our-' She noticed her daughter laying on the ground "Seri!"
She ran to her daughter, shooting at any monsters that went toward the unconscious redhead. Either her arrows hit, or they flew harmlessly through the air as the endermen teleported away. When she reached her daughter, she grabbed her, and looked around. She noticed that no monsters were in their house so she ran with Serenity on her back. The girl was still out cold, ironic because of all of the fire, and Sora took her down to the basement. She laid the pyromancer down on the floor against the wall, then put a note on her chest. She looked up and saw that the torch was unlit, so she decided to light it on fire. She didn't expect Serenity to take it, but she meant it as a clue. She heard people breaking down the door so she strung her bow and grabbed a spare sword Kira had left them. She looked down at the blade, then swung the bow over her shoulder with the quiver of arrows. She swung the blade behind her, then walked up the stairs slowly. When she got to the top, she saw an enderman, three zombies, two skeletons, and a creeper.
She took in a deep breath, then let it out, and growled "Okay, guys. Let's do this." She walked toward them fought them all off with the sword.
The village continued to burn as now, not just endermen and Overworld monsters arose from the shadows. Now the forces of The Nether were coming to siege the village as well. Sora realized now that they were going house to house through the carnage. She found out that this wasn't just an attack, it was a raid. The monsters were just a distraction, and they were doing their job. Ghasts flew over the village now and launching fireballs down at the village. People were shot down by skeletons if they tried to leave the village. Anyone who tried to fight was quickly overwhelmed and killed. This was a losing battle, if you could even call it that. No one was making it out of this village by just running away. She had a feeling that she wold share the same fate as her neighbors and friends. Now it rested one her daughter to get out and get the people who had helped in stopping the Hybrid. The ghasts continued to blow up the village while the dragon disintegrated buildings. People were able to stop some of the monsters, but they had no where near enough weapons to pull this battle off. Even with the enchanted ones from the weapon shop, they were still outnumbered and out matched. The teleportation plus the projectiles from the monsters was just too much to stand against. She took a step back as a spider approached her, she took out her bow and shot it through the head. She looked back and saw three ghasts floating above her. They launched down at her, but someone knocked her to the ground. She looked up and saw... nothing? There was someone there though because she could see the foot prints. The person took out a bucket of milk and drank it, revealing themself to be Avery.
"I think I know what they're after!" She told Sora, needing t0o yell over all of the chaos.
"What is it?"
"They want Dreadlord's weapons!!"
"What!? Why!?"
"I don't know, but I have a few potions of invisibility so I just drank a few!" The highschooler explained "I followed a group and saw them go through everything! They had a picture of what looked like a sword and a spear! Like like Kira's though! I do think they want the weapons!"
"We don't have them!" Sora yelled "We buried them in The Nether! Why does The End want them though!? It just doesn't make sense!?"
"I dunno, but I'm gonna go help some people out!"
"Okay, stay safe, Hun," Sora told her, to which Avery nodded, then drank another potion, then she left the crater the two females had fallen into.
She ran toward a Zombie and passed it, punching it in the back of the neck. It staggered backwards and fell into a burning house, cooking along with anyone inside. She ran toward a skeleton and tackled it, then she got up, and used an ender pearl to teleport away. The skeleton got back up and aimed its bow around, trying to figure out who just attacked it. When it couldn't see anyone for a minute, it went back to its regular killing. Avery knew this village was done for, but she had to at least try to help. There were more ghasts appearing out of giant Nether Portals by the second. This was already a lost cause, but the people in the village were trapped. There was no choice but to fight, so that's what they did. Someone jumped at an enderman, but he teleported behind the woman. He grabbed her head and back of neck, then twisted his wrists in opposite directions. He dropped her to the ground, then turned, and looked at the two people neck to him, then let out a high pitched scream. He teleported in the blink of an eye and punched trough their backs, killing them almost instantly. A zombie tackled someone to the ground and ate his neck. They both stood up, but the new zombie stood up without a head. It was bouncing around on the ground as its owner walked away. Skeletons fired into the crowd, an arrow killing one person per shot. Blazes continued to light everything on fire while the dragon descended down toward the village. The dragon destroyed anything that came close to it and arrows did nothing against its armored scales. Sora continued to shoot and stab monsters are she ran through her village, her home. When she ran out of arrows, she dropped her bow.
She brought the sword up in front of her and told Serenity "Whatever happens, get out of here, and save this world." She looked away from her house, then back at the army killing her village "Hyah!!" She yelled as she charged, then jumped, swinging down at a zombie's head.
Serenity woke up groggily and looked around, but she could barely see anything. She looked up and saw a torch, so she got back up, and looked around. To her right, there was nothing but a wooden wall. To her left, however, was a long passage way, it seemed to go on forever, into the darkness. She took in a deep breath, then let it out, and looked back at the torch. She stretched her hand out and it flew toward her. She pulled her hand in and turned it so that her palm was facing the ceiling. The flame stopped and settled just above her hand, letting her feel the warmth throughout her entire body. It was only then when she realized how cold the passage was. She began to walk down the passage and started to run. She remembered what was going on and knew she had to leave fast. There were too many monsters and she knew they were organized, but by who? Entity_303 had been eliminated from existence and Dreadlord was one Earth. She couldn't think of anyone else who would be causing this, but the attack seemed too... coordinated from what she had seen. Endermen had always been their allies, so why was that changing now? What would cause them to want to attack this village? Why her village specifically? She knew there had to be a reason, but at the moment, she knew what she had to do now was leave. She ran as fast as she could through the tunnel, but even that didn't satisfy her. She jumped and used her pyromancy to proel herself forward with flames from her feet. She flew through the tunnel, luckily it was straight, most likely made in a quick fashion. She had never been down here, so she wondered what this could lead to.
"Maybe a way out?" Serenity wondered aloud "Maybe a secret stash of weapons that Mom wanted me to get to help the survivors?" Her question was soon answered.
There was light at the end of the tunnel, so she used even more power to launch herself forward even faster. Her hair was in her face and blocking her vision, but it didn't matter. Well... actually, it did. She slammed head first through a tree, rolling uncontrollably on the ground as she fell to the dirt. The tree fell behind her, but it was too short to have any chance of hitting her at the speed she was going. She finally came to a stop after dragging across the dirt for about half a minute.
"Ah!" She groaned as she held her head "In retrospect... should've been looking where I was going." She brushed her hair behind her ears so she could see unimpeded "Well great! Now where in the forest am I?" She looked around, then a glow reappeared in her peripheral vision "Oh, no..." She turned around, seeing the entire village in flames, the mobs were leaving, and she didn't see any movement other than collapsing buildings, and the dance of the flames.
