Kira woke up in the same glowing pool of light that he had last time. He sat up and cracked his neck, still feeling soar from his battle with Dreadlord. He got up to his feet and looked around, then he saw his jacket again. He put it back on and let out a deep sigh of relief, this was where he needed to be. He pushed open the door and looked around, surprised at how large the city had gotten. He admired it for a moment, then he began running down the stairs. He pushed and jumped past multiple people before getting to Sora's house, albeit much bigger than he remembered. He walked up and raised his hand to knock... but then he hesitated. He knew he caused so many people's deaths. He knew there were a lot of people most likely living here, seeing as how big the house bad been made since he was last at the building. He didn't know if anyone actually blamed him for their deaths, so he was afraid to knock on the door. He walked down the steps and paced around for a bit, trying to work up the confidence to go up and knock. After about five to seven minutes, he finally decided to do it. He walked up the steps, let out a breath, and finally... kicked the door. Yeah, he wasn't exactly thinking straight, and instead decided to kick the door... for whatever reason that was going through his head. As he was trying to figure why he did that, the door's knob began to turn. This brought his attention back to the door and he began to over think things again.
"Alright... who's it gonna be?" He asked himself as the door started to open "Is it Prokaz? Or Herobrine... or even Tris... oh." Ashley was standing in the doorway.
She sighed, giving him her usual genuine smile, and greeted him with "Hey, Kira... you miss me?" He suddenly lunged at her, wrapping his arms around her, burying his face in her shoulder "Yeah... yeah you did." She put her right arm around her brother's shoulders and placed the other on the back of his head.
He was crying even harder than he ever had, while saying "I'm sorry," Over and over again.
"What are you talking about?" Ashley asked "Why are you apologizing?" Kira couldn't respond, he was crying too hard "You did nothing. There was nothing you could've done to stop what's happened." A she held her younger brother, she noticed his heartbeat getting increasingly fast, to the point of being alarming "Kira, please. I need you to calm down." She held him tight against her body "I know this is a lot, but you need to calm down." She felt his body and heartbeat begin to slow down until he stopped shaking "There you go." She took him by the shoulders and walked him into the house "Let's get you to bed." She took him up to his old room and sat him down on the bed.
She took his jacket off of him and put it on the hook next to his door. After he took his shoes off, Ashley laid him down on his bed and sat down beside him. As he began to fall asleep, she stroked his head, feeling the smooth obsidian brush against her palm and fingers. She smiled down as him and decided to lay down next to her brother, indifferent to that she was fully clothed and already extremely warm. As Ashley looked at Kira's face, she found something she hadn't seen from him in a long time, and that being actual peace. Now that all of the fighting was over, he was finally able to rest without any worry. Well, okay, there may be one worry, but she could take care of herself. Ashley wrapped her arms around her little brother and held him tight against her body again.
After a few hours, Sora came into the room and saw the two sleeping, Kira in Ashley's embrace. Herobrine came up behind her and smiled, seeing his children together again. She leaned against Herobrine's chest as she looked at the two siblings.
"I love those two," Herobrine told her.
"Me too, Hero... me too," She replied as they watched the two for a while before closing the door.
Years after the final battle, Serenity had gotten married and had two children. Her boy was about a year and a half younger than her daughter. Kira had made it a point of pride to keep and eye on Serenity and her family, and her having children just gave him more work. He really didn't care about her husband, to the point of that he never actually learned his name. Her children, however, he kept his eye on, almost to the point that he knew more about them than Serenity did. Serenity's son looked a lot like his father, with black hair, blue eye, and a dark skin tone. Her daughter looked much more like serenity, their hair color almost exactly the same, her eyes a deep brown, and skin color more akin to a human than an endrian.
One day, when her son, Jason, was at school and was trying to impress a girl he liked. Kira decided to go down again and give him some subtle hints. Jason had no idea who the note was from, but he took the piece of paper's advice. The next day at school, he walked up to her before school started and started a conversation. While it was quick, the two became friends quickly. After a few weeks, the school halloween dance came and Jason was going to ask her if she would go with him. This time, Ashley stepped in and gave the advice, although much more straight forward. She caught him after school while he was walking home and decided to strike up a conversation, despite her being completely translucent and semi glowing. She tapped him on the shoulder from behind, causing him to turn around quickly. The moment he saw Ashley, his eyes widened, because, one, she was a ghost, two, she was really hot, and three, his mother had a picture with her in it above their fire place.
"Hi, Jason."
"Uh... hi," He replied, still trying to process what he was seeing "You're... uh... Ashley, right?"
"Mhm... listen, I know about Ally," She said, surprising him "I know you wanna ask her to the dance, so I've got some ideas." After a short conversation, Ashley began to fade away, so she waved before disappearing completely.
"Huh... so that just happened," Jason said, continuing to walk to the portal to The End.
When he got there, he took in the cold air as it blasted him, The End still not having a sun. They were all allowed to hop from Overworld, to The End, to The Nether, all freely. When he got to his house, opened the door, and stepped in. Serenity wasn't home at the time, her job calling her to be gone for another two hours, so he just went up to his room. When Jason laid down on his bed, someone knocked at te door.
"What is it, Maya?" He asked.
"I need to talk to you!" She called through the door "Open up!"
"Alright!" He got off of his back and walked to the door "Whiney bitch." He opened the door and let her in "What do you need?"
"Have you ever seen a ghost?"
Jason was shocked and replied "Uh... yeah." He let her step in "Yeah, I saw one earlier... and I think mom knew her." The two walked down to the picture.
"Was it him?" She pointed to Kira, who had his arms wrapped around Serenity's shoulders.
"Uh... no, actually it was her." He pointed to Ashley, who was leaning against the house before it had been burnt down years ago "What'd your ghost say?"
"He was just kinda talking about how you're trying to get with Ally and stuff... I dunno, it was weird."
"Yeah, my ghost just talked to me about... just walking up to her and asking her. Something tells me they're where the note came from... anyway, I got some homework to do, so I'll see you later." He walked back up to his room.
A few hours later, Serenity was driving home when she got a text from Maya. Serenity was running low on gas, so she turned into a station and decided to check her texts. When she saw what Maya said, Serenity texted back, telling her that she'll explain when she got home. When she got back, she had her children sit down with her and she explained more about her childhood. When they heard the crazy adventures she had gone on, they tried to ask more, but what she told them is what they were going to get. She told them that when they were all in Aether, they could ask anyone she wanted because they had very different experiences for a part of it.
Years later, Jason was getting married and he asked if Serenity could drive them, seeing as his fiance wasn't as well off as them. Serenity said yes, and then Maya asked if she could come with them. Serenity said that if Jason and his fiance were alright with that, and the two both said yes. Jason was wearing a suit and a dark purple tie, because of Kira. the suit had been laced with armor, not heavy enough to slow him down, but still enough to protect him from an attack if necessary. His fiance was wearing something Ashley would've worn, being a relatively revealing black dress. Maya was wearing a simple white dress, and because she was a flower girl, she had flowers in her hair.
After about forty five minutes in the car, they could see the venue for the wedding. It was a beautiful jungle cliff where you could see the ocean and the sunset. When they got there, the wedding was going pretty well, until, of course, something had to happen. When the rings were about to be put on the fingers, a parrot flew into the window, hitting a torch on the wall. No one noticed until it landed on a fan. The torch was torn up and the embers were thrown everywhere, causing the whole place to burn down.
