Author's note: SO I know Cry and Cheyenne weren't dating while Battlestar was a thing but for the sake of my story and my plot, go with it.
Chapter Seven:
"So I guess I've kept you out late enough," I said, smiling at Snake, "It's already 12. You're hella late."
He shook his head, "So what? I'd rather be with you anyways."
I blushed.
"Would you like to join me for the live stream?"
"Uh, I don't think every one else would like that. You didn't really ask them before."
"Well, actually I kinda did," He said, looking down.
I smirked, "So did you think I would just say yes?"
He shook his head and looked at me, "I was just hoping."
I sighed and shook my head too, "Not to be mean, I just don't know if I should be on it yet. I don't want to really expose myself right now. I like getting to know you before I get involved in all of that. If that's okay?"
He nodded, "Yeah. That's fine. Maybe you'll watch at least though?"
"Yeah, of course!" I said giving him a big smile.
I leaned up and kissed his cheek, "I'll see you later Snake."
I turned and walked down the street heading to my house.
When I got home I headed uipstairs and turned on my laptop. I hesitated for a moment before going to the website Snake had given me. It took a minute to load and then I heard a bunch of loud voices yelling.
"Snakey is finally here!" a high pitched voice cheered.
"Sorry Cry, I had somethings to take care of," Snake replied.
"Does it have to do with that girl you texted me about joining?" Cry asked.
I heard a girl give a groan.
"What's wrong Chey?" Cry asked.
"Hm, on nothing. Just sick of getting my ass kicked on this game," she replied.
I sat back in my bed and tried to get comfortable as I settled in to watch the stream.
Snake's POV:
We were in the middle of a break and I was downstairs getting a beer, texting Sophi.
"So you like the stream so far?" I texted.
"Yeah," She texted back, "I really get lost in your voice."
I blushed and texted her back while I headed back upstairs. I put my headphones back on and was about to unmute my mic when I heard Cheyenne and Cry talking.
"Chey, if Snake wants her to join then we'll allow it. She's important to him and I haven't seen him care about someone in a very long time."
"I don't know Cry. I mean she seems to be just pushing onto him too fast and I don't trust her."
I glared at the computer screen and unmuted my mic. I smirked to myself and scrolled through my contacts and found Cheyenne's name. I cleared my voice getting their attention before I blocked her. I laughed to myself knowing what would happen and watche das it happened.
Her camera froze and then she completely dropped out of the call.
"Snake," Cry said slowly, "Did you do that?"
"Hmm."
"Snake!" He snapped.
"What Cry?"
"Why did you do that?"
I shrugged even though he couldn't see it, "I didnt' like what she was saying."
Cry sighed, "We'll talk about this later. Will you just unblock her?"
"Nah, I don't really want her on my contacts anyways. I'll just go and she can get back into the call."
"Snake you don't have-"
I cut him off as I hung up. I stood up and looked at my phone.
"You still awake?' I texted Sophi.
"Yeah, where did you go? Cry said you left the stream."
I shoved my phone in my pocket and quickly left my house and headed to Sophi's house. I knocked on the door when I got there. I had made up my mind in the short walk there. After a few moments she answered.
"Snake? What are you doing here?" she asked, confusion on her face.
I grabbed her arm and pulled her close to me, placing my hand behind her neck. I pressed my lips against hers in a heated kiss. Every thing in me felt at peace, like this was right. The whole world seemed to stop. This girl was meant to be with me. At last I had found happiness.
