God Dammit: The Snake and the Fox

Chapter Twelve

Authors Note:

So this is a general and broad statement. I have had some messages about the way Snake was portrayed in the last chapter. You are all welcome to your opinions and interpretations just like I am. And for those of you who have made your comments and opinions known in a constructive and friendly manner, thank you. That's what this is for. I absolutely love reading what you guys think of the story.

For those of you who have messaged me and have been, for a lack of a better word, butthurt and sent messages with misspelled curse words: get a dictionary. And while you're at it just save both of us the time and don't send the message. I welcome constructive comments. All others are just aggravating.

But that's besides the point. I've decided to take this time to just explain the last chapter and why I portrayed Snake that way. I've made it into a handy dandy LIST!

1) we do not know how Snake really is so that's how I choose to portray him. I also look for a protective aspect in men I date and seeing as how he is the romantic interest, I added that to it.

2) he is extremely quiet and every one has a breaking point. I've always believed that the quiet ones are the ones you need to look out for. He is just as capable of flying off the handles.

3) if he is protective as I have shown him to be then one of his breaking points would've been his loved one feeling attacked.

4) I felt that the story was a bit slow and needed some drama.

5) and this is the one that will piss off the most people and I may lose readers. But I am welcome to it as it is my opinion and my story. I personally do not like Cheyenne as a member of the stream. She may be a decent girlfriend to Cry. I don't know her personally. But as a stream member, though she is decent at games, she doesn't have the personality. And so I guess I lived vicariously through Snake and vented that opinion.

So now you know. I would like to not put these long notes before stories, so if anyone would ever like an explanation just message me. POLITELY. And anyone else, I still welcome your comments. So keep leaving them.

Chapter Twelve:

Sophi's POV:

I woke up early after going to bed so late last night. I went to the laptop and checked to see of Chelsea was on Skype. She was and she messaged me right away.

ChelsMyBells: Sophi. What the HELL happened last night?

Sophichu: What do you mean?

ChelsMyBells: SNAKE WENT COMPLETE APE SHIT ON CHEYENNE LAST NIGHT. HE LEFT HER IN TEARS.

My eyes widened. What? Snake did what? I didn't believe her and I quickly went to twitter. Snake's twitter was flooded with messages. They were mixed. Some people thought it was so sweet of him to defend his girlfriend. Others were mad at him for being so rude to Cheyenne.

After going through Cheyenne and Cry's twitter and tumblr I saw that in fact Snake had gone ape shit. There were clips all over the internet. I blushed.

Sophichu: Wow. I didn't know he did that.

ChelsMyBells: WHY did he do that is the question?

Sophichu: I don't know. I know I left the stream early cause Cheyenne was saying backhanded comments and I got sick of it.

ChelsMyBells: Well apparently Snake didn't like that too much.

Sophichu: I guess not. I gotta go. I'm going to go to Snake's before work.
