Getting into the Watchtower was no sweat, really even if we weren't genius hackers with first-hand knowledge of the inner workings of the place and several persons with high clearance, it still would have been too easy to get in, without Batman's paranoia their security was a joke.

For all Tim's contingencies, with convoluted reasoning and excessive redundancies, the actual plan was pretty simple, Kon, Cassie, Bart, and I use the access we already had to get inside going at separate times in groups of two so as to avoid suspicion. Cassie and Bart went first to plant Tim's Trojan-Horse drive, Bart using his superspeed to get in and out of the control room quickly while Cassie played lookout, making sure she had eyes on any of the heroes fast enough to catch Bart. After planting the drive Bart joined Cassie to keep watch on the big guns while Kon and I did our part, an easier job since Tim managed to send him on a wild goose chase. Tim had convinced him via a fake Green Lantern communication to respond to his bogus distress call in a space sector far enough away to keep him occupied long enough to pull this off, once again both impressing me and reminding me how lucky we are that Tim has no interest in world domination.  With his Trojan Drive connected Tim had remote control over the Watchtower's security feeds and communication networks, making it possible for him to come up and retrieve Jason unnoticed while the rest of us kept the focus on the distraction. We decided our best course of action to create a situation that drew focus and security away from where Jason was being held without causing any real damage was to put out a fake bounty on one of them and have Tim get it directly to Lobo. Thanks to intel that he'd been spotted on earth recently and a specific clause stating the subject must be alive, unharmed, and captured with little collateral damage for the bounty to be collected the risk was fairly minimal, especially since the bounty would be canceled the moment Tim and Jason made it out. Kon volunteered to be the bait citing he was the least breakable and thought brawling with Lobo might be a fun workout, they agreed because Kon had a better chance of holding his own long enough against the bounty hunter to get Jason clear, though with all the heroes around it was unlikely Lobo would be able to extract anyone before Tim canceled the bounty.

Everything was going exactly according to plan without a single hitch, Lobo was causing havoc trying to get at Kon, who for his part was holding up just fine while also steering the fight as far away from where Jason was being held. Tim had made it in, notified me he had eyes on Jason and would have him out in T-minus forty-five seconds, but not long after my com was damaged by a rogue projectile, causing it to malfunction, still, I figured it would be fine anyhow, I trusted Tim. Sure enough about a minute later Lobo, who'd been holding Kon upside-down by his left foot, abruptly dropped him like a sack of potatoes while grumbling at something on his gauntlet display, moments later he was on his bike disappearing through the bike shaped hole he'd made on his entrance. I was just about to internally celebrate our successful jailbreak when Wonder Woman and Roy Harper burst into the chaos, Hawk-Woman quickly briefed them on the situation but neither of them turned their attention to her. Instead, they scanned the room, clearly looking for someone, and when their eyes landed on me they zeroed in and made a beeline straight for where I was leaning against a metal support beam away from the crowd of confused superheroes. I considered bolting, but I knew I'd never make it out of here with all these heroes around, not to mention it would assuredly confirm whatever suspicions they had of my guilt.

"Arsenal, we are going to need you to come with us, some concerning information has come to light, we're going to need you to come to answer some questions for us, it is quite urgent," Wonder-Woman informed me in a brisque businesslike tone, meanwhile, Roy stood by her side looking me over intently, like he was looking for some kind of explanation in the crease of my eyebrows or something.

Suffice to say this wasn't going to be good, well it wouldn't be the first time I found myself up shit creek missing my paddles, I just hoped someone remembers to let Dami out of the bathtub before he gets savage.
