"The suite? Are you serious?" "Oh my god. Don't start complaining. It was either this or be crammed in the small room together. If you wanted the other room you should've answered her when she asked." We step into the elevator and I press the button to the top floor.

"Okay, first of all, I'd rather not have to share a room with you at all and second of all, you didn't even give me a chance to answer." "That's because you would've yelled at the poor girl Adrien."

"I know the way I handled it was wrong, but I booked two rooms! Not one!" "And it probably wasn't her fault for that. How do you know she's the one who scheduled the rooms?" "How do you know she wasn't?"

"Well if she didn't, you just yelled at an innocent employee trying to do her job." "Yeah well she's pretty bad at her job." He mumbles. "Aw then you both have something in common." I say as the elevator doors open.

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" He follows behind me. "That your bad at your job. I thought I made that pretty clear." "I'm one of the best in the business. That's why I got this case princess."

"Okay you may be good at your job, but you can't deny that you rush things." "What did I rush?"

God how long are these hallways?

"Well for instance you booked a trip to London before even talking to me about it." "Why should I have to talk to you about it?" "Maybe because we're a team."

"So you just expect me to run everything by you, because we're a team?" "Well yeah. That's kind of how partners work." "I never wanted to be your partner." He steps in front of me.

I almost run into his chest. He's so tall that he's towering over me. I look up at him annoyed.

"And you think I wanted to be yours? Trust me Adrien, I'd rather work with Hawkmoth than be your partner." I walk around him finally reaching our suite.

"You'd rather work with a criminal?" "Uh yeah. That's kind of what I just- Holy-" I open the door to the suite and I'm completely in awe.

The suite is gorgeous. And big. There's a balcony with a view directly facing the city. There's a beautiful arrangement of flowers resting on the table. And not a small arrangement either. It's huge and beautiful. Did I mention how beautiful it is?

This is perfect.

"That's kind of what you just?"

Almost perfect.

"Nevermind." I walk into the suite and look around.

I open the doors to the bedroom and my entire mood shifts. One fucking bed. "I call dibs." Adrien says and jumps on the bed.

"Yeah right." I scoff. "You're not getting the bed." "Why? Do you think just because you're a woman you deserve the bed?" "No, but I am the reason we have this suite."

"I would've gotten us this suite if you gave me a chance." "Yelling at her would definitely not have gotten us this room Adrien."

I grab a pillow and toss it at him. "Now get out. I need to shower." "Well if you're getting the bed, I should shower first." "Okay then go." I say annoyed.

Adrien sighs and stands up. "Just avoid eye contact with me when I come out. It'll be pretty hard to resist me princess. You'll be fawning all over me."

"Cocky much?" "I just say the truth." "Yeah well keep dreaming. I definitely will not be fawning all over you." Won't make that mistake twice.

Okay so maybe I lied... I don't know what it was, but when he came out of the restroom, Adrien actually looked... attractive. Maybe it was the water dripping down his skin, or how shaggy his hair looked when it's wet, but damn. He looked good. And I hated every second of it.
