Today is the day! Finally! But I'm so nervous. I've been bouncing off the walls, well not really but I can't sit still. Which is not great considering that the ceremony doesn't start till nightfall when the moon rises!
Luckily Nora comes to keep me company while I was whisked away to the local spa to be pampered.
"I feel like I should be teaching a class," I say while my feet are being rubbed.
"Dont worry about that today, everyone is getting ready for tonight anyway. Are you really going to make the kids train instead of helping their parents out?" She asks me with a "really?" look.
"Enjoy this while you can, work never ends you know?" She says sagely.
I know she's right so I shut up and enjoy the spa.
We got our hair and nails done, after our massages. Facials and makeup as well, when we went back to my house (yay I can say my house and it never gets old).
My Dress is waiting for me in my bedroom, its beautiful like a moonlit sky. It's a soft white material that seems to glow, with what I thought was crystals, but turns out are diamonds sewn into the material.
I've never seen such a beautiful dress I'm almost afraid to touch it.
"Why are you just standing there?" Nora says coming in and she has on her dress already.
"Sorry its just... WOW," I say softly.
"I know but let's get you ready now ok?" She smiles and we get me in my dress.
Once I finish getting the fabric all settled I look in the mirror, my straps are off the shoulder, my cleavage isn't too over the top in your face but classy. The dress goes down to the floor but made so that I won't trip over it.
"Luna you're so beautiful," Nora says in awe.
"Thankyou," I say blushing.
"Here Bell brought this for you, he said Alpha had went to get it from the vault and hadn't realized the time." She says handing me a beautifully ornate looking jewelry box.
Opening it I find a delicate and simplistic headdress made of white gold with a single teardrop diamond in the center. There is a note in the box and I set the box on the bed to read it.

This was my mother's, she wore it on the night of her Luna ceremony. I know she would have been so happy to have you wearing it to yours. I love you so much and can't wait to see you in your dress, I hope you like it.

I smile at the note he left for me, and turn to Nora so she can place it on my head.
"There all done," she says with a huge smile as a knock is heard on the door.
"Luna it's the jewelry Smith's assistant, she says she has your order?" One of our omegas says.
"Oh yes let her up," I say smiling as Nora looks at me perplexed.
"Hello Luna sorry it took so long but here you go," she says smiling and looks a little out of breath.
Taking the jewelry bag I check it's contents, satisfied with the work I hug her.
"Thankyou so much!" I say giving her a gental but short squeeze.
Laughing, she pats my back, "no problem," she bows then leaves.
"What is it?" Nora asks curiously.
"A gift for my mate," I wink.
Her smile is interrupted by Bell, "are you ladies ready yet? Oh wow Artemis.... my brother is going to be drooling when he sees you! You look amazing!" He says softly and heart felt.
"Thankyou Bell," I say and we start heading for the ceremony.
Since this is also a wedding it's a little different than normal. Usually I would come in alone but today I will follow Nora in. Bell will guide me to the front where Zeke will be waiting.
When I enter the training grounds its filled with our pack members, they all stand as I enter and sit as Zeke takes my hand.
"Today we are gathered to see our Luna make her vows to our pack and to witness the union of our Alpha and Luna in marriage. First Luna, if you would..." the elder that is performing the ceremony says.
"I, Artemis warrior of the moon Goddess here by swear to protect this pack with my life. I will fight and rule next to my mate and Alpha. I will love and care for all who I see as my pack and family," I say as I give my hand to Zeke who cuts my palm and his own. Once our blood mixes I am connected to the pack and can hear them..
The elder pulls out a red ribbon and begins binding our hands together, he hasn't even asked for the Goddess' blessing yet when a bright white ring of light forms around us. It's so bright and thick almost as if it's a tangible thing.
"It appears that the Goddess does indeed approve of this union," the elder says making everyone laugh. "Alpha do you wish to say anything?"
"Artemis I promise to always love and protect you. To fight and rule by yourside. To protect our pack and home, all that is ours." Zeke says strongly with a smile and I smile back.
I pull the small jewelry bag out and open it. "I know that I never said anything about this but I got this made for you," I open my hand and a ring that matches mine is in my hand. On the inside its inscribed with "my heart and soul are yours."
Zeke's eyes water as I put his ring on and then he pulls me into his chest leaning down he kisses me.
"May your reign together be prosperous! I give you your Alpha and Luna Danifal!"
Our pack's cheers were very loud but at the moment all that I really focused on was my mate and husband in my arms.
