Chapter nineteen

We were getting ready to eat when Bell came in. Right away we could tell something was wrong.

"What's the matter B?" Zeke asks putting down his fork.

"I met my mate.... so did Nora. My mate she... she's married to Nora's mate and they have kids, they rejected us." He says heart broken.

I'm holding him before I even realized I moved. Zeke comes and wraps his arms around us both. "I don't understand how this could happen," he cries into my shoulder.

"If that wasn't bad enough Nora won't talk to me..." *sniff* "I..I think she's my second chance.." *sniff* "I felt tingles... when I held her... but she won't let me in!" He says devastated.

"Let me talk to her," I say in a soothing voice but I'm not sure he heard me he is so distraught.

Zeke leads Bell to his room, mouthing that he's got this. So I go to head out to find Nora. Before I can leave Dajaa and Walker ask to come with me. I'm unsure if it is wise to bring them into this situation but they insist.

So now the three of us are outside her front door waiting to be let in. I'm about to knock again when the door flys open and she is already saying, "Stop it Bellion!" But stops when she sees me.

I raised my eyebrows in surprise but otherwise I remained neutral. "May we come in and talk with you?"

She looks puzzled then looks down, "who are they?" She asks and I ask again, "may we come in Nora?"

"Yes, Luna you may enter forgive my rudeness," she says stepping back.

As I walk past her I note her bloodshot eyes and tear stained cheeks. "Bell told us what happened... I'm sorry doesn't come close to how I feel about this but I am sorry. Also I was wondering why you would push Bellion away if he's your second chance?" I ask after she sits across from me in her small but cozy living room.

"I'm just trying to protect him," she says.

"By breaking his heart more?" I ask confused.

"He deserves better than me," she sniffs looking down at her hands.

"Shouldnt he be the one to decide whether or not he wants to be with you?" I ask reaching out and taking her hands in mine.

"What's the real reason you're afraid to give him a chance?" I ask softly and she cries.

"I know he wants kids and I can't give them to him!" She sobs then continues. "When I was little and I lost my brother... I didn't just lose him, I lost my ability to have pups," she says then sobs.

I scoot closer to her and hold her as she cries rubbing her back. After she calms back down I try again. "I think you should give him a chance, before you object hear me out. He is so heart broken that you wont let him in. If you gave him a chance I think he would surprise you," I say before the door flys open making us jump.

"Nora give me a chance!" Bell cries. "I've loved you since I was six years old! After Neo was killed and you almost died... then you pushed me away, I thought the pain would kill me. Please accept me, don't push me away anymore PLEASE!" He says desperately.

Walker, Dajaa, and I get up, "we'll give you two room." We exit the house and I close the door behind me.

Nora's POV

I don't look away from Bell as my Luna and the two wolves with her leave. When the door closes I say to Bell, "Come sit down please there is something very important that I have to say."

After he sits he takes my hands and I feel sparks I savor them as its probably the last time I will feel them. I gulp here goes nothing.. looking at our hands I say the words that will make him not want me, "Bell I can't have pups."

I wait for him to let me go and leave. So when he takes his hands out of mine my tears fall. Instead of leaving like I thought he would he lifts me face to look at me.

"Nora can you love me? Do you think you can do that?" He says seriously.

I let out a tiny laugh, "I've always wanted to be with you... but I can't give you any children Bell. It will always just be the two of us, I know you want to be a dad. If you stay with me you wont get the chance to." I sob and he kisses me.

"We can adopt or do a surrogate or something like that if you want. All I know is I don't want to lose you again like after Neo died. I would rather die then spend my life without you next to me. I'm glad those people rejected us so that we can be together. Say you'll be mine, say you want me too!" Bell says kissing me senseless.

"I want you," I pant, "I love you... I always have," I say and he says, "thank the Goddess it's about fuckin time you said it!"

Then we're kissing again, we take our time gently kissing. Then feeling each others bodies with our clothes still on.  Wanting to have less clothes inhibiting my access to his skin I stand taking Bell's hand in mine. I lead us up to my bedroom, then shut the door.

I lift my shirt over my head and Bell watches me, I may not have huge boobs but I have enough. As I take off my bra I can see Bell approves.

Not wanting me to be the only one topless I guess, he takes off his shirt too. It's like he's been sculpted by the Goddess herself.

We meet each other half way and begin kissing again. "I'm going to make you mine tonight, I'm going to learn every inch of your body. I love you Nora with all my being." Bell says looking into my eyes.

"I love you too Bellion, make me yours," I say kissing him and he lifts me carefully then lays me down on my bed.

Bell made love to me, letting me know that no matter what happens next we will face it together. With my mating mark on my neck and his matching one on his we cuddle to sleep. The last thing I heard before succumbing to sleep was Bell saying, "My dream came true the Goddess gave me you."
