Chapter 14

Kenzie's pov

We got back to the hotel.

"Kenz please let me explain" Kyle said chasing me into my room.

"I don't care" I mumbled.

"Well obviously you do if your about to cry" he said sitting next to me on my bed.

"A-are you cheating on me?" I asked.

He didn't respond.

"Your cheating on me!" I yelled standing up.

"Mackenzie it's not like that" he said standing up.

"Then who is she!" I said walking towards the door

"Just a old friend" he said following me.

I stared into his eyes.

"Who is she really?" I asked

"Mackenzie please stop"

"No who is she"

"She was my old crush and when I saw her,i don't know,it made me really happy"

"Okay thanks for being honest" I said opening the door and running out of the hotel.

Kyle doesn't really love me.

I don't know any more.

It started pouring as I was about 20 minutes away from the hotel.

I decided to call Nash

"Nash? Can you p-pick me up?" I sniffled

"Mackenzie are you okay?" He asked

"Yes just please pick me up" I said trying to make it sound like I wasn't crying.

"I'm on my way,where are you?" He asked

"I-I don't know,im by a target" I said

"Okay go inside target,im driving to it" he said

I followed his instructions and went inside target.

I sat down in that cafe they have In target and just watched people.

All I saw was couples,married couples,new couples,engaged couples.

They were all so happy.

"Stop!" I heard a girl giggling from my left.

I looked to my left to see a girl with brunette hair that was my age,laughing with a boy with blonde hair who looked my age,that stop came from her because he put a little bit of icee on her nose and was trying to do it again.

I frowned.

I saw Nash walking threw target over towards me.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"I'm fine" I said quietly glancing at the girl who was now smiling at me.

I gave her a sad smile.

She looked confused.

It didn't matter she was not important

All that was important was that I was with my family.

"Hey kenz" Nash said interrupting my thoughts.

"Yeah?" I said

"We've got to go we have magcon in an hour"

"Oh yeah." I said,lily and Jennifer would be here.

"Alright let's go" I said walking out with him to his car.
