Spencer's POV

"Spencer, get up!" I hear Olivia's voice as I pry my eyelids open to see her smiling face.

"Let's just stay here," I mumble before pulling her closer to me underneath the covers.

"My dad would kill you if you miss the Netflix dinner. Not to mention Christian Y'lan has been telling anyone who will listen that he wants you for his new television show."

"Yeah but Christian Y'lan hasn't come with an offer," I counter before she kisses my cheek. "So I'm not getting my hopes up."

"Tonight is the night! I'm talking manifestation." She counters proudly. "And I'm going to be right there to witness it."

"So in other words, I'm the luckiest man in the world?"

Olivia blushes as she climbs out of bed in my t-shirt.

It's been a month since I asked her to be my lady. And hands down, it's the best decision I've ever made.

"Get up, Spencer!" She says again as she tosses the pair of panties I took off of her hours before in my direction.

We're in Las Vegas for the Netflix Gala. And Olivia and I decided to skip out on the public parties, last night, for a private party with a short guest list of two.

"C'mere!" I mumble as I instantly get turned on.

"If we don't make it to dinner tonight, you get no dessert," she says before prancing into the bathroom, making sure to show just enough to tease me along the way.

"Don't say that," I whine and she laughs before shutting the door.

I get up, knowing the gala starts in a few hours, and stretch before accidentally knocking my phone to the floor.

I pick it up and see a text message from my co-star.

I don't bother to respond as I hear the shower turn on

I don't bother to respond as I hear the shower turn on. Press and media pleasing isn't really my thing. So if I pretend I never got the message, I won't have to go.

About thirty minutes later, the bathroom door opens and I look forward to seeing my woman in a towel with nothing on under it.

"Have you seen my brush?" I hear Olivia's voice before she walks back into the bedroom with a robe and yoga pants on.

"Damn, where's d the robe come from?" I ask and rolls her eyes playfully.

"I knew if I came out here half naked, we wouldn't make it to the Gala."

"Your brush is over there," I answer as I point and she walks over to the nightstand to get it. "They want to do more press before the Gala tonight."

"That's good. The more. The better." She responds. "Besides, we didn't leave the room yesterday."

I smile at the thought. I could lay up with her for the rest of my life without complaining.

"You think I should?" I ask.
