Jin left from Byul's room and headed to y/n's room only find her curling up in a sleeping seo Jun's arms. He smiled softly and covered them with blanket. He left quietly after landing a soft kiss on her forehead.
He then headed to the gym to find 3 of his brothers passed out. He woke them up and told them to rest up in their rooms. The same happened in the dance room with Jimin and hobi. He didn't bother disturbing yoon-gi as knew that his little brother needs time to cope with the information but left him a note under the door, telling him to take rest.
--------- lunch time
Jin and Byul finished up in the kitchen and soon others joined them the only missing one was yoon-gi. Everyone noticed but no one dared to disturb him. he could be really scary when disturbed. Everyone quietly had their share of food and left for their respective works. Seo Jun and Byul too left while the Kim brothers headed to their company for the monthly inspections. Now it was only yoon-gi and y/n in the home.
y/n tried her best to divert herself and not recall the past. She repeatedly assured herself that she is safe. But now that she was actually facing the devil, she was scared, scared that she would end up shattered.

It was now 4 in the evening. y/n tried her best to ignore the fear and she was successful in tiny bits. She wandered around the house to find something to do. Then she came across a room, there was an untouched plate of food lying outside. It was yoongi's music room.
"did he not eat yet. That's not healthy." She mumbled to herself and took the plate with her. she kept aside the plate on the counter and tried to cook for yoon-gi. After sometime she was done preparing a set of egg-drop sandwich and strawberry smoothie, with a couple of burns and cuts on her gorgeous hands..

She placed them on a tray and entered the room after a slight knock.
"um- I thought you might need a snack. You skipped lunch too." She said hesitantly.
"thank you. But I am not that hungry, I will not be able to eat all of this. Mind sharing?" he asked trying to give her a warm smile.
"sure." She beamed and joined him.

"can we give it a try?" she asked him as she swallowed the last bite of her sandwich.
"what?" he was really confused at her question as he was already trying something cooked by her.
"I mean this relationship. By now I have understood that you too suffered. You know my story. See yoon-gi-shi...... your brothers are healing me. But about you.........sorry but you scare me. I just want to be honest. This look, your gaze, that scowling of yours, it brings all of that and it scares me." You sighed and continued "look I know it must be hard to accept me right? But can we try to be friends before siblings? Just like me and tae. He gave me a chance, can you?" you said expecting a death threat. [lol]
"see y/n I know you want to blend in. I too want that, I swear. But even more I want none of us to be hurt. I really need time to accept a sister after all of that. I....... I am scared y/n." told yoon-gi drowning in the tears he finally had let out. y/n quickly rushed to hug him.
"I promise and I believe, we can trust each other and we CAN heal each other. We will be able to overcome it someday. I promise." She said assuring him. not after long she too failed to hold back her tears. But soon her phone buzzed.
| Jin- princess, are you fine?
y/n- yes oppa. why? |
| Jin- oh nothing. We will be home in about an hour. Do you need us to fetch something?
y/n- nah! I'm good. |
| Jin- okay. Just remember, don't disturb yoon-gi. He can be scary if you disturb him.

y/n was shocked at jin's words but soon she smirked and that didn't go unnoticed by yoon-gi who was by now sacred of her naughty side.
"wanna prank them?" she asked with the same smirk.
"huh?" he was now really confused.
"what was your first reaction to having a stepsister?"
"why do you ask?"
"just tell me."
"I um- I- hated it and even more, I hated .........you." He said in shame.
"good" you said while your smirk got wider "don't tell others that we are on good terms now."
"but why?. Shouldn't we tell them that we are friends now?"
"oh ho! The entire day was stressful and sad. We should prank them. It will lighten the mood." She said in an attempt to persuade him.
"fine but it will not be something too extreme. Deal?"
"deal." She said with a thumbs up.
"kay now sit back and continue your work. I will be right back." She said and hurried out of the room with the tray.
She quickly went to kitchen and washed up and cleaned everything so that it seemed untouched. Then she took the plate previously served for yoon-gi and went to music room.
"okay, they will soon be here." She spoke in nervousness.
"but what are we actually supposed to do?" he was really confused.
"okay so listen. We are gonna show them that I wanted to give you food as you skipped your lunch but you lashed out at me as I caused your notes to be destroyed by spilling on them." y/n explained.
"what do you mean young lady? They are gonna kill me!" he exclaimed in Lil meow meow.
"oh don't you worry! They will be too busy to calm me. Just give me some papers that you are waste for you or write some fake ones while I do my make up." She spoke as she pulled out some makeup from her bag to make a fake slap mark on her face and choking marks on her neck.
After they were both done, y/n intentionally tripped and spilled the food on the 'notes' then she told yoon-gi to go the bathroom and come when he hears the boys entering the home. He did so and came back after 10 minutes.
