New people

After being introduced to several 'important' guests, y/n finally sat, giving rest to her feet caught in heels. She looked around the room to find her family members busy with different groups of people, few people involved in their own groups, and few just drinking the night away. One couple however, caught her eye. The girl she knew as a little child stood there, her hand holding the biceps of a boy around her taehyung's age. "se-hwa?" she questioned moving towards her in curiosity.

"u-unnie." The said girl blushed and took her hand back.

"oh! Miss Kim." The boy greeted her with a princely bow, extending his hand for her. she held his fingers rather than hand and shook it before he could do cliché.

"nice to meet you Mr. ......?" she trailed off, asking for his name.

"min-hyuk. Park Min-Hyuk. I am here for my father." He subtly signalled to show his father beside Mr. kim.

"oh! And Hwa.... I think we need to talk." She sounded like a desperately protective sister.

"in that case, I shall take my leave. Can we meet later baby?" he asked se-hwa. y/n judged his tone to be sweet and genuine. She-hwa oddly chuckled and nodded, shooing him off.

"yes, BABY?" y/n mocked.

"unnie..." the younger girl pleaded. "we are just seeing each-other."

"just seeing?" an eyebrow was cocked.

"yes. And he invited me as his date." She reasoned.

"we will talk properly when everyone is present. I'll tell you a day. Call that boy over." She said and went with tae-hyung who wanted to introduce his friends to her.

"y/n-ie, that's woo-shik hyung, seo-Jun hyung and where is he?" he looked for another friend of his.

"he went home. He was pretty drunk." Woo-shik said.

"but he never gets drunk." Taehyung said.

"yeah! But he faced someone from his girlfriend's family. He was so nervous and drank in the feeling. He could have made a scene, so we sent him home." Seo-joon explained chuckling.

"ah! Oppa, seo-Jun is calling me. I think they are leaving already." She said looking at her phone.

"huh? I?" seo-Jun questioned.

y/n and tae-hyung chuckled and answered at the same time "no, that's my/her boyfriend. You guys share the name." several 'ah!' of understanding were heard and y/n left to send her boy and friend off.
