The Dinner

After the long tiring day y/n finally reached home. Before entering her house she didn't forget to kiss seo Jun's cheeks.

His cheeks burned inside his helmet as he drove off to his home. When she reached home, she found her mom in the living room, shyly smiling at her phone.

"mom."

"oh! You came. Go freshen up and wear the dress I prepared. We will leave in 1 hour.""

"oh........ kay........"

She said confused, leaving for her room.

One hour later.........

y/n came down and saw her mother all set.

y/n -

"oh dear what have you worn? Please change it does not look good for a first meeting."

"sorry mom, but I agreed only for your happiness. Don't push me further." She stated leaving a sting in her mother's heart.

Her mother agreed sadly. They left in the car Mr. Kim had sent to pick them up. After a heart clenching silence of 30 minutes, they arrived at a house.

'The Kim's.' written on the name plate.

'Kim, this name is familiar' y/n thought.

"is it your boss????" I enquired her.

"yeah, I was about to tell you-"

"oh please." she cut her mother. "when were you panning to tell huh? Right in his face?"

she hung her head low at y/n's remark and spoke nothing. When they knocked, Mr. Kim opened the door and hugged his GF.

y/n spoke and they broke their hug "I assume you are Mr. Kim. My mom's boyfriend and boss." She emphasized on the word 'boss' as she looked at her mother making a face full of sarcasm. Her mom looked down while Mr. Kim nodded "and I assume you must be y/n. my daughter.." he tried to hug you but you reflexively step back. You could see that he was shocked and kind of ashamed but what you could never spot was anger.

"I'm sorry. It's just that I am uncomfortable with anyone's touch."

"oh! I thought that you didn't accept me so you did that." He said, somewhat relieved.

"nothing like that please relax." she gave him a smile. Even she was shocked.

They entered the living room.

y/n sat on one of the seats kept separately. Mr. Kim told Mrs. Ahn to call the boys. Soon several approaching footsteps were heard. The next scene surprised both of the sides. BTS were shocked to see the Elsa of school [ the beautiful but cold girl] before them while y/n was shocked to see that her mother's boyfriend had 7 sons.

"you!" 8 of them spoke together.

"you know each other?" asked Mr. Kim.

"no, we know about her because she is quite famous in the school." Jin said.

"umm yeah. And three of them are my classmates." y/n agreed not wanting to bring up the accident.

"that's good."

They talked there for 30 good minutes after introduction. Tae, Jimin and Suga occasionally glanced at y/n. she noticed their eyes were full of hate for her. she looked at others. When their eyes met, she could sense the turmoil in their hearts.

y/n was glad that no one disturbed her but she felt ignored. Her mother, only person she knows in this house is busy talking to those boys. Now that she looked at them, they seemed to be a complete and happy family. They didn't need her. she quietly moved out of the room asked the maid for directions to washroom.

She locked the door and turned on a tap before crying hard. "why? Just why does she have to ignore me and my presence every time? I know she has work but right now they seem to be most happy family in the world who don't need me to be complete. Just why????........." she calmed after 5 minutes of letting her heart out. She washed her face and moved out to find the maid waiting for her.

"miss the food is served. Everyone is waiting for you."

"really?" y/n asked her sarcastically. The maid was flustered at the question.

"it's ok. Can you help me find the room?" y/n asked in a polite way and the maid guided her to the dining room.

When she reached there she found them already eating. She chuckled sadly and sat between Jin and Jimin. They were seated as:
