Jungkook pov-
I drove my Lamborghini to the decided café. My gorgeous fiancé got us to be late by an entire hour because she couldn't get a perfectly matching lipstick. So, she changed her clothes, went to buy a matching one, and then once again got ready. Girls.....................
Well, if that was not enough, I got down the car and proceeded to open the door for her but cliché happens and her belt is stuck. I lean in to unbuckle it for her and we are so close.......... You are smart enough to get it. My lips brushed against hers. I tried to hold back my blush but the heat on my ears betrayed me. I was lucky enough that she was too shy to notice that.
We eventually got normal and I held her close by waist, heading to the reserved seat. All the supposed guests were already seated and there were two adjoining seats left for us. one was with the wall, while the other was next to a boy. I found his face familiar but when ha-Jin tightly gripped my hand, I was sure that he was Yeo kang-hyuk (just a random name), the bitch that bothered my girl.
We went up to them and they greeted me. I recognised some of them to be the children of CEO's my father invested to. I may be sweet and carefree, but for the world, I am a badass jerk, and maintaining my image, I just nodded at them with a cold expression.
"Love, where do you want to sit?" I sweetly asked ha-Jin. although I have been using these nicknames for a few days now, but every single time I see her getting flustered. "Anywhere." She replied.
"Then sit here." I pointed at my lap as I took the seat beside kang-hyuk, not wanting her to sit beside him. She hit my shoulder playfully and settled herself in the vacancy. "Behave kook." She mumbled loud enough for them to 'eavesdrop'.
"Not my fault that I love you. You made me fall. It still hurts you know." I joked.
"I can see that you landed on your head." The man-whore sassed trying to shut me. But who was he kidding?
Before I could open my mouth, ha-Jin did "but he still has his senses to respect consent." Her words made me look at her shocked. Did he ever force her? I asked her through my eyes. She got the signal and shook her head. 'Not me but others.' She marked on my palm using her finger. Before she could get her finger back, I held her hand ever so tightly. I never felt so reluctant to let go of her hand.
"Not you right?" I asked once again. She smiled at me and nodded. It was only them that my heart relaxed. I was so scared thinking what she may have gone through. I have seen my sister go through the trauma. Now I can't bear her going through that too.
"So, you are her fiancé, right?" a girl asked. She didn't tell her name and neither ha-Jin nor I bothered.
"Yes." My voice automatically cold.
"How did you guys meet? I mean was it a business arrangement?" I now understand where she was pointing.
"I asked my father to arrange us." I replied as I held ha-Jin by her shoulder. "And about your first question, she is my sister's friend." She was taken aback, not finding a chance to belittle ha-Jin.
"So, it's a love marriage? How long are you both dating then?" kang-hyuk asked.
"Well, I don't believe in dating. I straight away told my father that I want to marry her, but only if she agrees." I snapped at him. My BP was rising at the mere sight of his smirk towards ha-Jin.
"Then, when is the marriage?" he asked. I so want to beat him to pulp.
"Not yet, because he is the youngest brother and we decided to build our careers before the wedding." Ha-Jin said, caressing my thigh to calm me. She is well aware of my anger and I can get really violent. Like really violent, I repeat.
