Confession

After dropping her home to freshen up, I headed to Kim mansion to return with everyone. I, vmin hyungs and y/n came with appa to pick ha-Jin and rest boys came with eomma, sara and shi-ah while seo-Jun offered to drive for other girls and the so-eul couple. We have got really close to each other and we all have decided that they would come at least thrice a month and stay overnight. Well, cutting off my thoughts, appa halted the car at the gate of Go mansion.

I walk down the path, not aisle dumbheads, to get my girl. Her mother opened the door soon after I rang the doorbell. "Oh. Jungkook, come in son. Let me check if ha-Jin is ready. Have a seat and be comfortable."

She was about to leave upstairs and call her but I stopped her. "Aunty, can I go to her room?" I asked afraid that she might see me as a desperate pervert.

"Mom! Call me mom and of course you can." She said with a smile, gentle as ever. She left me at the door and went back to her work after giving me a naughty smile and nudging my stomach a little. 'Gosh! My mother-in-law is so cool.' I did a happy dance mentally and knocked on the door.

*knock*

*knock*

"Maybe she is in bathroom, should I enter?" I was weighing my options when the door opened slightly due to my touch. Golden hands you see.

Just then, she stepped out of the closet, dressed like the goddess she is. She did not seem to have noticed my presence as she straight up headed to the vanity to brush her hair.

"How do I look?" she startled the boy who endlessly stared at her. "You have been eyeing me for a minute now, do I need to add or remove something?" she asked not looking at him.

"Me?" he pointed to himself and blinked twice to get his senses back.

"of course, dumbhead." She said while applying her lip-gloss to her pout. Then she turned around and swayed her dress to show him.

"Perfect...." He said and placed his hand on his heart, trying to calm it down. His bunny teeth showed when she approached towards him. She was about to step out of the room when he held her hand. "Can I hold you?" he asked nervously. She didn't reply and his smile fell. But he instantly managed to get a fake smile on his lips and turned to leave with her. She blocked his way and hugged him. He was confused for a while but his happiness knew no bonds after he realised her actions. She hugged him.

He held her waist and lifted her a little to kiss her temple. "I like you!" he whispered in her ears before letting go. Before she could regain her words, he pulled her and bid a farewell to her parents. When they joined others in the car, she was still bewildered. He decided to talk to her later, without disturbance. He was too shy, too nervous and too scared to face her right now.

At mall-

The entire family separated in pairs so that every couple could get to spent time with each other.

Jungkook went with ha-Jin and entered the boutique first to get her dress. The staff bowed to him and asked them to wait a little if they needed any assistance. Ha-Jin was feeling burdened and decided to look around the store to avoid Jungkook.

"ha-Jin!" Jungkook saved her from tripping on her heels and held her close. His eyes were getting wet. "ha-Jin-ah! I know you don't like me. I am not forcing you to. What I said earlier was my feelings and I am never going to impose them on you. Trust me ha-Jin-ah. Trust me when I say that you don't have to accept me. Heck, I didn't even expect an answer let alone a yes. And if you think that I will take advantage of this, *shows the engagement ring* I swear to my sister, never. I will never force my feelings on you. I just, just wanted you to know that your every action makes me smile. That little pout of yours, those messy hair, everything. Your fear makes me want to be strong, your tears make me want to hug you to comfort. I never wanted to *low voice*impose myself. I just wanted you to know. Because, because I thought that if you know about my feelings, then you might come to see me differently or even like me back. I'm sorry if I created trouble for you." His emotions were getting all over the place so he excused himself to the wash room.

"you don't even have to accept me or don't give an answer at all... I promise I won't burden you." He said in an audible whisper before leaving. Her eyes caught the tears falling and her heart hurt. She never realised her heart until now but it did bounce when he was nearby, it feared when girls hit on him and it shattered when he cried; because of her.

"I-.... don't know Jungkook-ah" she whispered before the assisting staff guided her to the aisle full of dresses. She wanted Jungkook to choose for her, just like he said at the cafe but decided to shortlist the options for him to choose.

She chose five gowns before Jungkook came with a convincing yet fake smile and red eyes.
