He moved swiftly and hugged you from the back. Your shivering figure and endless sobs told him that the prank was long over, it was something else that made you cry, for real.
"Bear, what happened? Did you hurt yourself?" he asked in the most caring tone. But you shook your head in denial.
"Did their shouting hurt you?" he again asked to make sure if you are having an attack but was once again denied in silence.
He feared asking for the last possible reason for your sudden break down so he mustered up his courage and turned you to face him. His one hand held both of yours while the other one lifted your chin so he could face you.
"Please tell me what happened so I can solve this for my blossom. Humm?" he tried making you speak up.
"Is it true?" you finally spoke but your broken voice makes his heart clenched.
He nevertheless maintained his posture to be able to take care of you. "What do you mean blossom? What is true?" he was rather confused by your question.
"That you never accepted me. Is it true?" you asked. Your voice was broken while your hopeful eyes stared in his orbs.
"of course, not princess. I told you I want to accept you and I AM working on it." He sighed knowing the reason for your tears. "I may not be that lovey dovey brother but trust me, I always want to protect you. I always want you to be happy. Got it?" he asked her softly and pecked her forehead.
"You good now?" he asked to let you respond with a nod. He smiled and held your hand "want to continue?" you denied and moved down, holding his hand tight. As soon as you both entered the living room, your enraged brothers made you hide behind the large back of your bear brother.
Namjoon saw you both and shot a deadly glare to tae before putting his hand your shoulder. You flinched badly making his eyes soften. He turned you to face him and then pulled you gently by wrist. He made you sit between Jimin and yoon-gi. All of them ignored tae and softly looked at you, thinking of ways to convince you that what you are feeling is not love.
"Princess, look at me." Jin spoke but his voice broke. You hesitantly looked at him and the sight before made your heart shatter. They were not angry, they were hurt. You hurt them. Guilt took the best of you and you hugged him tight.
"I'm sorry oppa. I'm sorry. I just wanted to prank you. I didn't know that I would hurt you this bad I'm very bad." He held your shoulders gently but pushed you back. His hurt gaze then shifted to tae "sorry hyung. I planned it. I didn't expect it to go this far."
"But-" you spoke in confusion.
"The breakup part was my idea. But this confession thing, noona did it. That day when seo Jun shouted, I went to drop him home. I told noona about everything and she wanted to punish seo jun. so I gave her the breakup or ignoring prank idea. But midway she told me about the other prank. I agreed to her but I never thought that it would hurt everyone so badly. Sorry." He confessed.
"Then why did she cry? It was not fake, she had tears." Namjoon spoke in disappointment and anger.
"I thought that he meant it when he said that he didn't accept me as a sister." You replied with your head hung low.
No one uttered a single word and moved to their rooms in silence. Your heart sank seeing their sad faces. Taehyung muttered a soft apology and headed to his room.
