I've always been a shy girl. I dont talk that much because i have a stutter. Poeple make fun of me because of it. I actually cut my um...wrists. My mom knows and now i have counciling in school. Today in ELA, my teacher told me to read a paragraph. "Rosie, will you read the next paragraph" she said. My eyes widened. I heard a few chuckles in the back. "I-in the e-e-early n-ninet-t-teen h-hundreds, a y-y-y....y-y" i got cut off by a jock. "Hurry up already! N-n-n-nerd!" he yelled. The whole class started laughing. A tear escaped my eye as i ran out of class. I slid down my locker and burried my head in my knees. I felt someone tap my shoulder. I jumped up. "Hey" he said. I got up and wiped my tears. My dark brown eyes were now red and puffy. "I saw what happened back there. Are you okay" he said. I nodded. "Im Ethan. Ethan Dolan. And you are" he said as he shook my hand.
"R-r-ros-sie" i stuttered. "Thats a pretty name" he says. "Th-thanks" i said. "Why were crying" ethan said. "Ever s-s-since i was l-little, i-i-i always had a-a s-s-tu-ttuer" i said. He nodded. "P-p-people made f-f-fun of me b-b-because of i-it" i said. "To be honest, i think girls with stutters are cute" he said. He moves a piece of hair out of my face and puts it behind my ear. I blushed. "Students, today!" the teacher said. We got in class, and ethan sat next to me. Throughout the whole day, he helped me with stutter. We went to the park. "Okay, now repeat after me" he said. "My name is Rosie" he said. "My....name....is...." i said slowly. "....Rosie" i said. He got up and hugged me. "You did it!"he cheered. "Just a little more practice, and you'll say full sentences" he said. "Thank...you" i said. "No problem" he said. And from there, we started a beautiful relationship.
