In your house, I long to be,
Room by room, patiently,
I'll wait for you there like a stone,
I'll wait for you there alone.

"I hope you're feeling better, Stan." Tweek said, giving his friend a cup of water.
The three of them were currently in Craig's room, trying to solve the whole dilemma between Stan and Kyle. It was a hard situation, to say the least. But knowing Kyle as they did, he would most likely forgive his best friend.
"I am... Sorry for calling you so suddenly. I know how busy you've been these last few days."
"Don't worry about it, man. Just focus on yourself now."
Craig understood how this was a big problem, but in his mind, it could be easily solved. "Listen, if you want, I can talk to Kyle to know more about his point of view. You said it yourself: he barely said anything about his feelings on the situation. So, would you let me do it?"
His day couldn't get any worse. He shrugged.
Craig sighed. "If you two just talk it out, it will be okay. Especially if you don't have another panic attack. This little incident will not ruin your friendship."
"Yeah, Craig. Now let me tell you how it works in the real world:" The ravenhead stood up. "In the real world, if you fall in love with your best friend, and you get rejected, your friendship will never be the same. There's no denying it."
"Then what, Stan? Huh? Would you rather not talk to Kyle ever again?"
Tweek watched as Craig also stood up, getting face to face with the other. The man gulped, staring into his eyes.
"I'll seem weak."
"What's more important, Stan? Your pride for 5 minutes, or your life-long friendship?" Tolkien's intentional words slipped through his mouth as if he was echoing them. God bless his soul.
Tweek was impressed by that one. Who knew his boyfriend was good at giving advice?
Another moment of silence passed, before Stan finally gave him his answer.
"My pride for 5 minutes."
"Oh, for fuck's sake, Stanley..."
"Well, I'm sorry, Craigory! Some of us weren't born with our soulmate already waiting for us in fourth grade!"
"Stan, listen:" Tweek intervened, making the two others look at him, "A soulmate isn't someone who you see for the first time and you instantly fall in love with. Although, yes, sometimes that happens. A soulmate is not someone who you never fight with. You're both human, you both have feelings, you just need to talk them out."
He nodded in understanding.
But he doesn't have a good feeling about this.

August 17th, 11 am.
Kyle walked down the park along with Craig. They decided to meet up and talk, since Kyle and Stan haven't spoken to each other since the incident.
It was a cold morning comparing to yesterday. Fog covered the trees and the pond, giving the place a creepy, yet calming atmosphere.
Craig was going to visit his boyfriend later, because of his birthday. He knew he was busy every morning, so he had sent him a happy birthday text, and posted a picture of them on Instagram. So he took his free morning to talk to Kyle about his little problem with Stan.
