𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 Ϟ OC x P.P x OC - Poly (ON HOLD)

𝗣𝗦: 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿

Yeah.. a random hut on a large rock in the middle of nowhere surrounded by crashing waves was not what Magnolia was expecting.

It took them nearly most of the day to get there and now it was night time. The sounds of thunder and lightning with rain and the crashing waves put Magnolia at ease for some reason.

She sat on one end of the sofa under a blanket with Dudley sat on the other end. They waited for Vernon to fall asleep before looking towards the direction of the stairs to see Petunia quietly making her way down to them. She held a wrapped box in one hand and a lantern in the other.

Once she reached them, she sat on the arm of the chair and spoke softly.

"Happy birthday, Magnolia."

She handed the redhead her present and Magnolia smiled as she unwrapped it. She pulled the lid off the box and saw a bunch of things inside. Petunia explained.

"It's a box of Lily's stuff she had when she was at Hogwarts. She gave it to me before she died and told me to give it to you for your 11th. She wanted you to have this as something to remind you of her."

Magnolia smiled softly as she carefully picked items up and looked at it, feeling sentimental. She teared up as she picked up a picture frame with a moving image of a group of people, she guessed it was of her parents and their friends.

Magnolia sniffed a little before thanking her Aunt.

"Thank you, Aunt Petunia. I will take good care of this box, I'm never leaving it out of my sight."

Petunia smiled sadly before adding.

"There was also something your father wanted me to give to you, but I cannot find it. It's quite important as it was a Potter family heirloom. I'll look for it again when you're away and send it to you, I'll make sure to."

Magnolia smiled again and nodded whilst closing the box and putting it down softly as it was quite heavy. Dudley then let out a quick "happy birthday" before eagerly giving her his gift, to which she chuckled at and unwrapped the said gift.

She then opened the little box and pulled out a black string bracelet with white beads that spelled out the words "Dudley". She smiled and he showed his wrist, which had a white string bracelet and black beads that said "Maggie". He then explained.

"See, now we both have each other by our side, no matter what."

Magnolia let out an "aw" and immediately put the bracelet on, she made a mental note to find a spell that made it water-proof and made it so that she could never take the bracelet off. She'd of course charm his too once she learned the spell. 

When she finished putting it on, she thanked him and gave him a hug.

"Thank you, Dudley. I'm never taking this off."

Dudley laughed and patted her back, but their wholesome moment was soon destroyed when a large bang was heard on the door. The three of them turned to the door and another bang was heard. There was another one causing them to scramble up.

Petunia quickly ushered the two children into the corner and stood in front of them, guarding them.

Three more bangs were heard until the door came crashing down, causing Dudley to shriek in fright. He cowered behind Magnolia and didn't see the large figure that was standing in the doorway holding an umbrella. Petunia kept her protective stance in front of the children.

The said figure stepped into the hut and Magnolia peeked out, just to see the figure step into the light. He had long bushy hair, a long beard, he was wearing a big coat with oversized trousers and heavy boots. He also looked incredibly tall.. inhumanely tall. Although he looked quite threatening and scary, his voice said different as he apologised.
