Alex

I sat down on my office chair. I started to work. I opened my drawer and took out drawings of dresses that Bella has to draw. I stood up. I went to her office and put them on the desk. I walked out. I went back to my office.
I saw Josh, Dylan, and Elijah. They are my best friends. Nikolai is also our best friend, but he isn't here. He is my cousin. He likes to be called Niko though. But right now he is in California. They all looked at me when I came in. "Where were you?" Elijah asked. "I had to fix something," I said. I went and sat down.
"So what do you think about the new assistant?" Josh asked. "She is okay," I said. I don't know her very well yet, it's just her first day.
"Wait a minute, is it a girl?" He asked. "Yes," I said while looking down at my computer. "Interesting," Josh said. "Mhm."
I kept looking down again at my computer. I started writing.
"You are twenty-six, it's been a long time since you let a girl into your life. Why don't you take your assistant?" Elijah asked. They want me to date my fucking assistant. I don't even know her.
"Very funny," I said as I looked up at Elijah. "I'm not joking and you know that, Alex."
"I'm not going to date my assistant, Elijah."
"Yeah, sure."
I glared at him. He smirked.
"I have to go," Dylan said as he stood up. "We all should," Elijah said. "No, I can't leave Alex," Josh said. I looked at him. "Fuck off, Josh," I said with a smirk. "Sure," he said as he stood up. They all walked out. I smirked. I kept working.
